    These apartments are in a great location for bars restaurants and any sightseeing with in Cape Town
    Staff on arrival helpful and informative Roof top a little small but plenty of seating areas and great views
    Two hairdryers in the apartment both did not fit plugs apparently need an adapter which should be provided in the apartment as per reception By the time we searched high and low no adapters found Hair now air dried! Reception said they would look into this but never heard or saw one at the end of our stay

    Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience – Avoid This Property
    Location
    Do not waste your money or holiday time on this property. After flying 20 hours to reach our destination, this was the experience we encountered: Official check-in time of 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready until after 5:00 PM. When we finally entered the flat, it was clearly not properly cleaned after the previous tenants. Cupboards were dirty, floors were unclean, and there were visible stains in the shower. It appeared that only the bed sheets had been changed. The following day, we were unexpectedly told that we had to move because we were not placed in the flat we originally booked. This had never been mentioned at check-in. After agreeing to move, we were then informed that the new flat would only be available for two nights and that we would need to move yet again due to other incoming tenants. It became clear that the property was double-booking or selling the same flats across different platforms. Despite multiple discussions and complaints, no manager ever contacted us to explain the situation. We eventually requested a refund. At that point, reception told us we would no longer need to move again and could stay in the second flat. Based on this, we initially refused the refund. However, shortly after, we received a threatening message from reception stating: “Since you rejected the refund, now you have to move flats again.” This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Booking.com assisted us in processing a refund. We chose to leave and move to another hotel. Not very legit for booking.com to work with such establishments. I wouldn’t even trust them for hotel selection in the future tbh. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted holiday time, extra taxi expenses, and significant frustration after a long international flight. There was no apology at any point. Additionally, we did not feel this property was LGBT-friendly. Don’t waste your pink money here.

    Good but could be great.
    Great Location, staff were very attentive and any issues raised were resolved.
    Cleanliness on day of arrival wasn’t of a great standard but this was immediately resolved. Pool was great but more sun lounges are needed. 1 bedroom apartment - the bedroom is very “cosy” for a couple. Fine as a single traveller.

    Not worth the money

    Dirty room with hair in bed from previous people. Bathroom very small, your legs need to go into the shower when sitting on the toilet. When you shower all the water runs into the room, poor drainage. Aircon was broken in summer, very hot and smelly. Asked multiple times for staff to fix the aircon, but no one bothered to fix it. Advertised with a view, but the only view we had was against the neighbouring building.

    Modern and clean - the staff were very friendly and efficient and the pool area was great! The location was perfect and close to lots of amenities.
    My only gripe was the air con in my apartment wasn’t working. But I managed with a fan.

    Sea point apartment
    The view from the apartment is amazing . Huge patio , comfy beds . Rooftop pool has a great view .
    The whole basement , lifts and corridor areas stink of refuse and there were lots of flies and rats. They need to take a serious look at there sanitation system and refuse disposal . Corridors and elevators were not cleaned daily so the smell of refuse was everywhere as were the flies . We found a fork covered with mold in the dishwasher and a previous occupants underwear in the shower. Fridge and freezer need to be defrosted . If noise is an issue for you dont stay here as the traffic noise is bad . The glass doors are not double glazed .
