Everything. So convenient, lovely staff. And such a great base for a holiday in Cape Town. My second time staying and it shall always be my go-to place to stay.
The WiFi in my apartment was not working. The staff made a plan for me so it was resolved but they said would have been lovely to have proper working WiFi.

Great location, nice apartment with wonderful views from the rooftop terrace and pool. Staff were very friendly (we managed to check-in a bit earlier and check-out a bit later) and there's a great deli downstairs
With strong winds it was a bit noisy, dishwasher would be a nice addition to the apartment

The staff were friendly and the room that we ultimately moved to had good views.
The beds especially the one in the first room we were given it’s elevated so high that you access it by three steps which are themselves slippery this poses a risk o serious injury.
The second room although the bed was rightly positioned on the floor, it was tightly tucked between the wall and the shelves making it impossible to make the bed on days that the apartment is not serviced.

Easy access by foot to beach - town
- I specifically asked for a quiet room higher up as I am a light sleeper & was given a room ( 309) facing the school , no sleep after 6h30 - this short stay was supposed to be restful .
