Location was great, staff were friendly and nice, felt very safe
Rooms were way too small and bed was too small for two people sharing

Great location, very well equipped and secure. Perfect base for a few days in the city between V&A and Camps Bay/Clifton.
The only con about this place was there was no air conditioning.
5.0 / 10.0
Location was good. Nice deli downstairs which was convenient for morning coffee and breakfast. Security team are very nice.
-dirty flat (stains all over the couch which took management team 10 days to resolved)
-all the gym equipment is broken
-overpriced for what it is
-day to day team made an effort and was polite
-poor communication between departments to resolve issues

The location in Sea Point is great. My room was on the 3rd Floor and while the view was of a building site, it was at least very light in the room. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
It's very minor but a few more utensils in my room would have been great - a corkscrew/bottle opener for instance. Some rooms had air fryers, while others didn't but I think the rooms are booked via multiple companies which is why there might be a difference in what equipment is availabile.

Location is good. There is 24 hour security which is good. We were staying just 2 girls, and we felt safe. There is underground parking, but you have to pay R150 per day for this. Cleaning is also only every 2nd day.
At first, we were told that they had over booked us and that we would be moved to another location - then when I called, they said that they managed to sort it out and we had an apartment at SIX ON N. The key to our door, when received, did not work at all. The spare key they gave us was also faulty - it took several attempts for us to open the door each time - very annoying! They also only had one key for us- hotels/bnbs should always give 2 keys if there are 2 people staying.

We loved the design and setup of the apartment. We loved the view of the mountain. It was a walking distance to the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My third stay and this time I’m not sure I’ll book again. I do like the location, the gym and the coziness of the apartments, but the cleanliness is way below par and it has become worse with each stay.
I had room 216 again, but the shower door was nearly completely broken. It doesn’t close properly, leaving a puddle of water on the dirty floor. There was a lot of hair on the floor as well. Inside the shower cubicle, the corners were grimy with more yucky hair.
The duvet on the bed was so thin, it might as well have been a sheet.
I used the laundry again, and although the washing machines work fine, the dryer didn’t dry my clothes at all after a 40 minute cycle on high heat, and I was left with a bag of wet washing that I had to hang up everywhere I could in the apartment.
The gym mats were still dirty.
The toilet brush doesn’t have a handle.

The service was amazing and all staff were very friendly.
The pool is smaller than we thought.

The appartment is well located and easliy accessible. There are great cafes, restaurants and bars in close proximity. Secure parking is available.
The room needs a bit of maintenance. The desks are skew and the shower drains are blocked on the top floor. There is also construction taking place acroos from the room, so the noise started very early in the morning.

Good
Everything except that in room 402 they only have bathroom small mirror. No mirrors in the apartment but I will be returning should they add mirrors. Other than that all is perfect.

this is a great choice of an apartment close to the shore line in Capetown, the location is perfect. It feels very safe, on one side a coastline, on the other a vibrant street full of bars and restaurants. Don't expect anything fancy, but the apartment has everything you need. People at reception are very nice and helpful, and the breakfast coffee shop down is a great addition to the place. I would choose this place again.
they could put more towel hangers in the bathroom, the bathroom basin does not drain the water well. I would also expect at least one bottle of water in the fridge when you come, but there was nothing there. We came on a holiday day and all shops were closed, so at least water in the fridge would be good to add.

The location of the hotel is great: a walking distance to the beach. There is a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We felt safe in the hotel thanks to the security guard at the ground floor. There is a safe in the room, which was important to us. The room was equipped well: TV, fridge, microwave oven, nespresso machine, kettle, A/C, sofa, induction cooker, tableware. Everything in the room was quite new. The stuff was polite and helpful. There is a small pool with sunbeds at the roof. The gym was very basic, but it was still nice to have it. Having paid laundry at the basement was also very convenient. The cleaning was every second day which was enough for us. Overall it's good value for money.
The pool is small, it's more like a large tub. The gym has pretty basic equipment. There is a construction site near the hotel, it's a bit noisy during the day. The bed is located highly and you need to use stairs to reach it. There was towels shortage in the beginning of our stay but thanks to the stuff it was resolved.

As three women travelling to SA for the first time it was hard to know the right area or accommodation to feel safe - however Six on N was the absolute perfect choice! Our apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean, the building was excellent and we used the gym, pool and bakery facilities often, and the staff were the most helpful I’ve ever encountered! Nothing was too much for them to support with!
Washing machines were broken for a couple of days which meant we had to ask for fresh towels rather than them being left in our room but the staff were hugely apologetic and ensured we got what we needed!

The rooms were very modern, all appliances available. The staff was also very friendly. Easy parking options below the building. Safe neighbourhood.
There were some construction works going durning our stay, across the street at the back side of the building, which started early with a lot of noise. Also the door of our shower didn’t keep the water in the shower cubicle, meaning our entire bathroom got wet all the time.
5.0 / 10.0
Flats are nicely decorated and modern. The view on the higher floors are great and the one bedroom had air-conditioning. The bakery below is also very nice.
The studio room had no air-conditioning. The showers in all the rooms our team occupied leaked a lot and so did the toilet on our room. Noisy construction was a put-off. We couldn't sleep after 7 am because of the construction noise. The tv only allows YouTube. What is the point of having a TV and no streaming service? Parking is very expensive at R150. Most hotels charge only R50 per night.

I booked this place based on the price and I wasn’t sure about the location as I was never a fan of lower sea point, but overall I had such a good experience and great stay that I’ve booked again for my next holiday to Cape Town.
The place has a gym that I used several times, there is a paying laundry where you can wash and dry clothes for R55 (less than €3) per load, and the location is fab. I didn’t check out the rooftop or pool because it was cold. I chose the slightly bigger apartment and it had ample space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view wasn’t the best, but I liked having a small terrace for fresh air.
Shower pressure was good and the water hot.
I loved coming back after a long day of driving and exploring to just chill and watch Netflix on the sofa.
Check-in was seamless and I found the staff friendly and very helpful. I opted for secure underground parking for R150 (approx €7,50) a day and was happy to pay it as street parking wasn’t always available.
The gym stank a bit of sweat and it wasn’t very clean. The gym mats were covered in footprints from wet shoes and there was no spray or paper to clean them with. There was also no drinking water or towels in the gym.
The apartment was fine, but the pots and pans were of cheap quality and I was hesitant to use them. I also didn’t have a kitchen sponge to wash dishes or a cloth to wipe surfaces. There was only a small bottle of dishwashing liquid and a tea towel. The couch in my unit was quite stained and the floor didn’t feel very clean.
The toilet brush missed a handle and was rusty and musty so I didn’t bother using it.
I’m not sure where the idea comes from to have this elevated bed surface, but it makes a loud noise when climbing on and off the bed which sometimes woke my 3-year old up in the night. The bed was hard, which didn’t give the most comfortable sleep, but it wasn’t unbearable either. The duvet on the bed was also very thin. Luckily there was an extra fleece on the bed which came in handy, but it didn’t smell clean.
Lastly, the elevator announcements are super loud and woke my sleeping child up on several occasions.

Fantastic location, large apartment, great views, close to supermarkets and great coffee shop at ground floor level. Stones throw to the promenade. We completed the Lion’s Head walk and walked all the way back to the apartment. It really is superb in every aspect.
There’s nothing not to like. Book it and you will not be disappointed.

I did not get to check in at Six on fluent as there was an electrical issues with my room, I was moved to Three 43 on B and I love everything about our room and that it was at the central of seapoint. Walk to the beach and the service was top tier👌

Satara & Nombulelo- were especially amazing along with all the staff who were very friendly & helpful.
Apartment was very clean & well equipped for our stay. Had everything we needed.
The wi-fi worked well.
It’s in a great location very near stop 11 for hop on hop off bus on Beach Road. Very easy access from there by very reasonably priced Uber rides to Victoria & Alfred Center as well as other place in Cape Town.
Although neighborhood was not threatening at all, they had good security for getting into the building.
There’s even a laundry with washers/dryers in the basement which we use along with a workout room which we didn’t use😋
We would definitely stay here again!
That we couldn’t stay longer!

The location is great, right between the promenade and the main road with all the restaurants and shops, and there is a great little breakfast cafe right downstairs. There are also some lovely extras to the room, like a hot water bottle and a hairdryer, as well as washing machines in the basement.
There was unfortunately some building going on across the road for most of my stay, so the noise was horrendous. And admittedly it was impossible to change my room because nothing else was available, but even if there had been availability, I was tied in to my initial room for at least a week so that the owner of that particular apartment wouldn't be disappointed. I found this a bit odd. Surely the customer's needs should take priority?
8.0 / 10.0
The location and amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The safety. The views from the rooftop and the Deli downstairs.
Unfortunately, I spotted a few cockroaches in the unit. Specifically by the kitchenette. Crawling on the counter top.

There is a reception and it works like a flat service. We booked a two rooms/two double beds room and it was amazing! Confortable, with all the stuff we needed. Kids and adults were happy. Good location. There is no breakfast, but there is a coffee shop just by the side of the building. Also possible to park the car paying an extra fee.
Rooms have no air conditioning.

The apartment was very nice. It is also close to the main road and we could take a bus where we needed to go. We had a excellent stay
There was no coffee. There was filter coffee, but no machine to make coffee.
8.0 / 10.0
The room was really great, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was really nice, there was a nice little balcony for our room, the staff was friendly, there was underground parking and the location is quite central.
There was construction work in the building right in front of our window and there was a really big drill that started at 8am on a Saturday so the noise level was really horrible as the windows did not isolate the sound at all.
10.0 / 10.0
Great facilities, really nice little apartment, well equipped kitchen! Very cozy and a happy place to stay. The staff were friendly and professional. I felt safe as a solo traveler.
My only small critiques are that it would have been nice to have a reading lamp by the bed and a full length mirror in the apartment. Not major issues, though.
8.0 / 10.0
All functional and clean. Friendly staff and good Cafe downstairs.
Slightly too funtional and without much atmosphere. Interior of the apartments of rather cheap quality.

We love the location. Previously we stayed on the 6th floor in the 2-bedroom apartment - which we loved. this time it was the ground floor one with very nice patio adding space to the unit. On the 6th floor it was nice and quiet, on the ground floor the noise level is higher. Very convenient coffee shop with entrance from reception area - a must stop in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff.
The basin is very small in the bathroom and not convenient to use. The plug in the kitchen - you have to unplug between the kettle, coffee machine and toaster. But these are minor personal preferences.

The construction noise next door was a bit too much during my stay there :( and we had a drainage issue in the shower which was swiftly sorted out. However, it is great place :), wonderful hosts. The room was clean, and the location is a plus :)
