Amazing views stunning place and a great house host

Small adjustments will make this a great experience. Sadly the noise form fan and the road made it untenable .

Location and view

The noise . It didn’t have sound proof windows and iv stayed at hundreds of properties in camps a and around the world - once you close the windows or sliding door you can’t hear anything . Unfortunately I could not sleep due to the cars passing by and this is not even located close to the main road - so that should tell you . The other thing it had no aircon but an excitingly noisy ceiling fan - both in bad taste for a property of this magnitude.

Did not sleep there. after check-in we started looking for another place due to the place smelling, carpets were smelling dust, synthetic grass was also smelling dust. the rooms and place were dark. no parking, was told to park our car on the street with no one watching the car. You can check your records that we subsequently booked another place using booking.com and thereby lost close to R10 000.

The internet was very slow which made it very hard for me to work from the place, I wish the place had an air conditioner because it was quite hot inside the room when it’s hot outside. I think having a washing machine would be a big plus

The place looks like dodgy work no car packing the room we booked was next to the kitchen which didn't show on the website and public resting area and next to mini library that was horrible, we reduestrd cancelation and we couldn't risk to check in the others ton we booked it was next to storage and it was full of gasses and honestly Iwas Disappointed by booking. Com because Joe dip you dip boning for place like thet, I trusted you because I have five so many bong via you, can I please have my refund, they place is scary

Open, spacious with an incredible view. Kelvin (staff) was amazing. smooth check-in, very helpful and a complete gentleman. Highly recommend and have in fact booked 12 more days

The sharing of the living area. No privacy, apartment has no windows, no aircon, unclean bedding. I would not recommend anyone to book that place. No freezer, no microwave and it’s rated 5 star which that is a lie

I could hear traffic passing by all day and night. My second night another group rented another room on my floor. Besides staying in there room, another person slept on the couch in the living-room. They were messy, and loud.

Vistor from Texas on my first trip to South Africa. If you want to feel like a tech billionaire while on a middle class budget, this stunning place might be for you! I could not believe a place this nice could be had at such a price. Big rooftop with sweeping views of Capetown Seapoint. Perfect place to watch sun rises and sunsets with plentiful space to chill, sit, pace around whatever. There's also a cool looking hill right behind the villa. The Sea Point neighborhood is quite safe and I even noticed joggers outside at 5 a.m. Many restaurants and shopping options, as well as parks and other cool things within walking distance. I liked Giovanni's, which is an Italian bakery with tasty sandwiches, coffee, etc. The room was spacious, with separate shower and bathtub. A communal sitting area next to a second outdoor space with pool. Communal area had full-scope kitchen and dining table. Very friendly staff. The owner, Brett, was an awesome host and fun to talk to!

Horrible place , yet it has so much potential

They have no proper reception you have to call them if you want anything . No parking , parking is.in the street with no security. Room was dirty with unclean linen and floor is cement and very cold no carpet on the floor. This place must be shut down it's an embarrassment as it has so much potential and beautiful in the pictures . I think it needs new management
