Convenient apartment in a good location

Location is good with ability to walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Kitchen is spotless and has everything necessary for cooking. The bed is comfortable with good linen provided. Apartment is small but all the space is put to good use.

The couch and carpet are a bit shabby and tired. Balcony for room 411 has an unappetizing view of ugly apartments and rusty satellite dishes. Lots of bird droppings on balcony wall. No air conditioning.

We enjoyed our time but would probably book further down Main road next time.

We enjoyed the modern layout of the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the pool. Prudence was great at keeping in comms and assisting with the parking. Staff very friendly including security guards.

No aircon in Cape Town in summer! This is made worse by the fact that you have no ventilation what so ever when the sliding door is closed. Our fan was not functioning and it took a day to fix/replace it.

The location

Everything else. Staff were rude. I literally never ever complain, I hate complaining. However, we were opposite a dance/ yoga room that started around 6am and the woman had a speaker and she was just shouting. We asked multiple times to move rooms as we were there 2 whole weeks and they laughed and said no sorry you booked the stay here. I asked to move to one of their sister hotels and they said no it’ll be an additional cost. On top of this there were works being done on the hotel and hammering started at 7am. This was the only thing that ruined our honeymoon. Cape Town is so beautiful but this hotel is not.

A bit disappointed

The only win was the location

The price i paid was not what was reflected on booking.com. The room is small, no enough space to move around. Cleaning is only done after the 2nd day of your stay, which is disappointing considering the amount we paid. The room reflected on booking.com website was not a true reflection of we were offered. The bed is high, with stairs, thats a hazard for persons living with disabilities. If we knew its how it looks we would have not proceeded with the booking.

Location location location. Close to the beach front board walk. Close to the bus station. There is a shopping mall in front. The place is an apartment building. Easy access. Great to have all amenities of kitchen. Laundry machine inside the unit.

There is NO Air conditioner. Only a fan!

The apartment is well decorated and clean, it’s quite central even though it’s not the best part of sea point

The bed is too small for 2 people, there is no AC in the room and it was very hot, not enough towels provided and we had to ask 3 times to get them, parking rules are not clear, the pool is too small as well

Excellent service

The property had everything we were looking for, and we loved that the beach, shops, and restaurants were all just a short walk away. The friendly staff made us feel like we are home, always there to cater for our needs. We will be booking this apartment in the near future. The views of the beach and Table Mountain were also amazing.

friendly helpful staff who were very responsive. There was good communication from the staff at all times. The room was clean and had all that I needed. Under ground parking was an added benefit.

Great family stay when attending event at GreenPoint Stadium

Loved the apartments. Great size, modern furnishings and equipped with everything you need. We were there for the Springbok rugby game and it was walking distance from the stadium - so ideal for us. There are alot of take away places and a woolies close buy, which was extremely convenient.

Bathrooms are on the smaller size but really not an issue. Parking is really tight and not meant for bigger vehicles. Parking also charged separately per day - would have preferred a flat fee for the duration of the stay. Reality of location though is dealing with the "bergies" on the side walk if you do plan to walk and not take a car, which means you have to be vigilant, although this is not major issue.

The apartment was clean, modern and well appointed. The location is in prime / central Sea Point, within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The apartment block was quite noisy. Although there is under cover parking, the parking is narrow and you have to book and pay for a parking in advance as not every unit has a parking bay. This was not made clear to us prior to check in.
