A lovely Cape Town getaway

The place was absolutely beautiful and very accommodating. We really enjoyed the comfort and overall setup of the BnB. The safety of the place was also good, which gave us peace of mind during our stay.

The only challenge we experienced was locating the place we kept getting lost and initially struggled to get assistance as our calls were not answered. However, we eventually got in touch and were able to check in without further issues. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and with clearer directions or improved communication, the experience would be even better. I would still recommend the place.

We experienced an electricity trip on the first night, but it was sorted out professionally and promptly.

Not worth it for the prices they charge

Location is perfect, security is tops and there is a parking bay for one car

It was not that clean, cupboards needs to be refreshed, the unit had a funny smell. The Manager, Nelly didn’t share critical information before hand and he was rude after we checked out.

stay was good, deposit arrangements was terrible and it was even more terrible trying to get it back

the place was clean and neat inside

wifi only lasted an hour. cannot call the host to make arrangements. can only communicate via whatsapp and then you have to hope they respond. also had to pay an upfront deposit of R3000 and accodring to their terms it is refundable in up to 7 days. it took us almost a month to get our deposit back. and even after sending a screenshot of the bank details, we still had to type it out for them.

The water was cold after 1 person showered. The check in was terrible. Plans had to be made for parking. The host did not answer his phoned at first.

We booked an apartment for one night. The provided contact number in the booking confirmation was unreachable, despite our repeated calls up until the official check-in time at 3:00 PM. Additionally, the address listed was inaccurate, which caused significant delays and confusion while locating the property. The apartment number stated in the address (C5) turned out to belong to different residents. By 3:10 PM, due to exhaustion—especially with children—we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation, as we still had not received any response from the property owner, neither via phone nor messages. At 3:20 PM, we received a message via Booking.com saying the host had lost their phone. At 3:30 PM, a woman called and informed us that the cleaner did not show up and the apartment would only be ready by 6:00 PM. She asked if this was acceptable to us, to which we obviously declined, given the situation. Despite the circumstances, the host refuses to refund the payment and is ignoring our messages. We have contacted Booking.com support and will continue to pursue this matter.

Strutta famigliare, ci sono molti giochi per i bambini nei cassettoni del soggiorno, stanze grandi e accoglienti.

L’unica cosa da cambiare è il boiler dell’acqua calda probabilmente troppo piccolo per l’occupazione della stanza, 2 docce veloci e poi l’acqua calda era già finita, cassaforte mobile da fissare al muro magari un po’ più sicuro, divano comodo ma un po’ datato.

L’appartement était super bien situé spacieux bien décoré avec tout les équipements nécessaires. Un parking sécurisé. Mais surtout nelson nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli et accompagné tout le long de notre séjour . C’est une personne en or comme je recommande à 100%
