There was not enough gas for us to use the stove

L emplacement. Proches des commerces, du bord de mer. La decoration. L equipement. Le roof top pour se reposer Les enfants ont meme ose se baigner Une place de patking au sous sol. Consignes claires pour l acces.

Nous avons du acheter sel, poivre et huile. Dommage de ne pas fournir des basiques sachant que la cuisine est tres bien equipee.j ai d ailleurs tout laisse pour les prochains qui j espere pourront en profiter

Great location! A short walk to the beach w plenty of eateries around. Staff at the front desk were always helpful and friendly. Safe and secure basement parking. Apartment itself was clean and welcoming with modern furnishings. Beds were comfy and windows/doors blocked out a lot of road noise and city traffic.

When we arrived we found one of the roller blinds was broken. The metal tube fitting was intact but there was no physical blind to pull down. This was in the master bedroom above the patio door. This wasn't a deal breaker and we assumed it had been like that for a while. Later we also noticed the sheets and pillow cases were stained, giving it a tie dye effect. I almost wasn't sure if it was a pattern or a stain. Again, not a deal breaker as it was still clean and freshly laundered and we didn't feel a need to complain or raise it as an issue at the time. Upon checking out, however, i was sent photos and accusatory messages from the person who manages the apartment, blaming us for the stains. We felt deeply insulted by the barrage of messages. Claiming that their housekeepers would never put stained bedding on. Telling me it looked like hair dye or spray tan, which none of our party use. The duvet wasn't stained, from what i could see, and it never crossed their mind that, had it been us, the duvet and towels would also be stained. No, just false accusations that left us all hurt an took the better part of the morning to shake off. Its left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return nor recommend the property or any others of the LuxCape Stays properties.
