Sliding door didn’t close or even lock. Cream white couches were so dirty and smelt weird. We were not allocated the apartment that we paid for and booked via the aBookings.com app and only informed later after check out that it’s only advertised as a possibility .So deceitful

Really enjoyed our stay.

The friendly staff and the location. We booked into 2 different rooms because we decided to extend the stay. The rooms are slightly small but if you’re there to explore Cape Town then it is not a bother at all.

Parking, there’s limited parking space for guests. Although there is security patrolling the streets I just wish they had a larger secure parking

Amazing Getaway!!

We've loved where the location is situated. It was near shopping malls, on the transportation route, near some entertainment places.

Just the temporary building construction site. Alot of dust build up. There was x2 tiles outside our room that was cracked and busy lifting, which is hazardous. As an Health and Safety Officer ,I recommend it to be replaced immediately. But furthermore it was a beautiful stay and Exceptional client service were experienced.

Easy access to essential stores and beaches around the area.

Noise levels from house keeping staff, they were very noisy while performing their duties and kept us awake while chatting away with each other. Drilling noise from Construction work around the vicinity also made it very difficult to stay in and relax. Although the general bedding i.e sheets,duvet covers & pillow cases were clean, the extra blanket and throw were not clean and had a stale smell. It would make a difference if the blankets and throws were to be kept freshly clean as well. Parking was also a problem.

The location was excellent as everything was within walking distance - the beach, restaurants, cafes, , gyms, supermarkets etc. Good for a short stay.

The bed setup is not the easiest as it’s against the wall, and one must climb stairs to get in and out of the bed.

An enjoyable and value for money stay located within walking distance to the sea/promanade

The apartment that I booked was exactly as it was described. I liked the location of the property, the beds and the amenities inside the apartment. Although surprised by the bed which required one to climb some small stairs, it was lovely with ample space next to the bed to put bedside items such as books. There was plenty of space to hang my clothes and extra cupboards for clothing and other items and ofcourse the small balcony. A very nice pleace to stay indeed and the welcome/hospitality by the reception team tops it all

I didnt like the noise coming from the gym next door, which I could hear since my apartment was located next to it. The kitchen could do with more stuff such as bigger cups/muggs for coffee/tea and bowl for cerelas/soft porride. Otherwise all was in place

My stay at ONE26 ON M was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment had everything needed for a pleasant stay, including clean linens and all essential kitchen utensils for cooking. The reception and staff were excellent — very helpful, supportive, and always welcoming, which really made a difference. The rooftop pool offers a nice view, but it’s a bit small and not heated, which would be a great improvement, especially in colder weather. Also, the shower pressure in the bathroom was slightly weak, and I hope the management will look into that. That said, everything else was spot on — a solid 10/10 experience overall!
