Pure convenience. The space is quote small, but the facilities including streaming services, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony made it money well spent, as it offered great value with a wonderful location.
There are some weed stores along the street, which has a strong smell. Best to keep the balcony door closed. Hardly a fault of the hotel
