When I arrived , there was a terrible smell and the Wi-Fi was not working. The owner told me it was broken. The owner was also really not nice in the way he talks. A lot of noise at night , dogs , chicken and kids during the day

This property could not get any closer to ocean. You step off balcony onto sand and can swim safely. Water is clean and has an amazing view of volcano from beach. Close to good coffee and restaurants.
Maybe could have a mini fridge in room would be handy.

The place to stay in Amed
Everything. Waking up with a view on the beach and the sea is priceless. The room is located directly on the beach, to the point you access it by the beach! The tenant and his family are very kind and helpful. They arranged all activities I wanted (fishing, snorkelling...). They can also arrange taxi to pick you up / take you around Bali. It can be a bit difficult to find: on the main road, take the small street in front of KFC to reach the beach, once on the beach turn right and walk around 50/100 m. Thank you very much for everything. I will come back for sure :)

Really nice and clean, private bungalow right on the beach. Bed was comfortable. Nice terrace where you can sit, watch and listen the ocean.
