Good for the price you pay

Very good location in Amed. Supermarket close by and near a very cheap warung for breakfast. You can rent a motorbike for 80k The room is clean and it's cheap. Nice and clean pool. The guy working there is very kind.

The bathroom in the room downstairs smelled of damp, and there was no mosquitos net. And most of the times the toilet didn't flush.

Location is a great and it’s cute

The winds were so strong and the doors were slamming even when closed so it scared me during night. An unpleasant smell savage sometimes in the shower room. There’s a space for kitchen but no equipment like a kettle

Very poor service even for a budget hotel

On the day of arrival I asked the staff to change my booking (3 days shorter than planned) because I was sick and needed to go to a hospital on the other side of the island. I also made this request through booking.com. The staff said that they had informed the owner. I kept reminding the staff that I was waiting for an answer when they were there (most of the time there was nobody at all). Booking.com also sent a request to the owner. I have never got a formal response. Only on the last day the staff all of a sudden said that I couldn’t change the booking. I didn’t get any fresh new towels, nor any toilet paper so I had to buy that myself. Kinda strange for a 10 day booking. A piece of concrete almost fell on my head while showering. The building is in such poor shape that allowed this to happen.

Best value in Amed

Great value for money and you will find other places charging more for providing less . Bed was comfy, was wonderful to have my own fridge and burner stove for cups of tea. Shower worked fine, and the balcony was nice to sit on in the arvo. Staff are friendly. It really is the BEST value accom you will find in the area.

NEVER AGAIN

Location. It's close to everywhere. Not far from the beach. Nothing was missing from the room- thank you.

The address is wrong. I spent AUD 10 extra dollars to pay Grab taxi bike because it took us extra 40 minutes to find this place. Bed sheets had blood stains on them, I slept in my own cloths. One of the rooms was occupied by 7 locals with 3 kids. They were so noisy and cooking constantly backets of foods. The occupied the pool as well. I moved out. It was cheap, dirty, no hot water, big issues with cold water. Useless staff with no English at all. Good experience for me) Never again. Also, staff is leaving the place at 3-4pm and you there by yourself. It's not a homestay at all. Very depressive place.

Accueillant et plutôt propre, classique d’un homestay. Très bien située pas mal de trucs dispo à pieds, il y a clim et moustiquaire sur le lit c’est top

L’humidité comme dans beaucoup d’endroits sur Bali, et sur Amed savoir conduire un scooter !

A éviter

L'emplacement à 5 minutes de la plage à pied

Dans la 1ère chambre il n'y a que très peu d'eau et pas chaude. Il n'y a pas de drap non plus. Dans la 2ème chambre, le lit fait tellement de bruit que nous avons dû mettre le matelas par terre. Les salles de bain sont sales et sentent mauvais. Les portes grincent et sont compliquées à fermer pour que l'odeur ne se propage pas. Odeur nauséabonde donnant des envies de vomir. La porte de l'entrée du logement 4 ne tenait pas super bien... avec le vent ça claquait tout le temps.. Pour la cuisine de ce logement, odeur nauséabonde et sale. Les oreillers étaient sales et des tâches sur les draps. Le ménage a dû être fait très rapidement ou pas car il y avait des insectes morts sous les lits. Les chambres ne correspondent pas à l'annonce du tout. Je ne recommande pas l'établissement.

L’emplacement

Ne pas voir les gérants (je n’ai pas pu payer en cash), le lit qui doit avoir 50 ans, juste un drap en guise de couvrant, absolument aucun service avec la chambre (bouteille eau, bouilloire, etc…), pas de papier toilette, la piscine etait verte et j’ai pas osé mettre un pied dedans, personne pour nous accueillir, pas de petit déjeuner etait verte quand j’ai envoyé un message pour avoir un conseil pour trouver un établissement à côté je n’ai jamais eu de réponse

Établissement bien situé, à l’entrée du centre d’Amed. À proximité des commerces (supermarché à 2 min à pied). Juste à traverser la route principale pour aller à la plage.

À éviter

La piscine, bien que très petite, est rafraîchissante. Le personnel est gentil.

La chambre était dans un état négligé : murs sales, rideaux tachés, mobilier abîmé, lit à ressorts très inconfortable, humidité dans la cuisine et la salle de bain, l’odeur dans ces deux pièces était nauséabonde, les photos ne correspondaient absolument pas à ce que j’ai découvert. Petit bonus : la chasse d’eau ne fonctionne pas ☺️

Je recommande pour quelques jours

Emplacement Top Matelas Top, Oreiller trop dur et très épais, moustiquaire troué Douche chaude top malgré la pression faible Chambre à l étage avec de grosses marches Piscine très bien entretenu top Accueils Top, nid d hirondelle dans la chambre ces super mignon surtout ne pas l enlever mes enfants ont a adorés. Wc chasse d eau il faut ouvrir le robinet sinon pas d eau lol P’tit dej sur demande

Pression d eau comme dans tous les hébergements à Bali il n y en a pas.

le lit était très grand et la moustiquaire a fait son effet, une piscine (verte :/)est également disponible pour se rafraîchir

le personnel nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, puis a disparu mystérieusement jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Ils ne parlent pas très bien anglais, les petits dej sont disponibles mais nous n’avons jamais croisé personne pour le demander. nous avons été réveillés par quelques personnes toquant à notre porte à 8h30 pour demander si nous voulions faire du snorkeling, super réveil, mettez un portail la prochaine fois. la chasse d’eau ne marchait pas durant les 3 jours, je vous laisse imaginer le confort de la salle de bain. la douche est froide, la ville est entièrement en travaux, rien n’a été vraiment agréable dans ce séjour. faites attention aux scooters que vous louez avec, nous sommes tombés en panne en voulant rouler dans les hauteurs de la ville pour aller dans un temple, il était pas très puissant…

Первый и самый лучший наш отель на Бали. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Персонал хороший и отзывчивый. Рекомендую. На территории есть великолепный храм! Удобный бассейн для плавания с ребенком 1 годик.
