Wrong information in booking about payment. Despite it says to are gonna pay before arriving they charge you once arrival.
Room 4:
Bathroom: old, not well cleaned and floor flooded after every shower
Tv does not work. Air con control remote does not work either

The staff and service were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, high quality, freshly prepared and a good set of options including eggs and fruit and juices if you wanted. The bed was very comfortable and the location was very good (not that Amed is very big).
The bathroom facilities were very cramped and the shower drained into an opening under the basin. The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger.

The most friendliest staff in our Bali trip. Even gave me a cake on my birthday and whole team sang happy birthday, which I find very attentive and cute.

The ambiance, staff, location, swimming pool, room with private balcony. It's a peaceful and relaxing place. I extended my stay here.
The ensuite bathroom could do with an upgrade. Various minor maintenance items need attention.
