Breakfast was good, pool was nice

Staff were often busy with customers who went on dives and had little time for customers who didn't. Or maybe it was just our timing. They tried to be helpful

Staff were friendly except whom we believe was the owner who we witnessed hurt her dog and made cry then shove in the dive centre shop front overnight.

The first room we stayed at was terrible had no water pressure it was cold Russ noise was awful. We changed rooms after two nights to a much better room. We were not told that you cannot snorkel out the beach as it was too rough you had to be taken to another beach which was 20 mins away and you needed to pay for it to get there. When we asked every day for 4 days for them to take us we were told it was too rough so we sat in the room bored. There is no grab or gojek that comes to the area so make sure you organise a car when transferring as we didn’t and had to get them to organise for us we waited 3 hours and payed a fortune to get back to Kuta. If you do happen to stay food here was average so take a walk to the little Italian place up the road to the right it was one of the best feeds on the island.
