Love staying here, its always like coming home to my bali family

Lovely hotel just by the beach in Amed!

Absolutely lovely hotel just by the beach in Amed! Less than a minute from my room to the sea. Lovely family who runs the hotel too that can help you with anything you need, or wish to do while in Amed. The hotel has a nice restaurant too that serves meals all day, and in the evening too. And, the hotel is on the mail street in Amed so everything is within walking distance. And, I could see Mount Agung from my balcony, very special!

Homey and lovely

I loved the homey feel to it and how gorgeous the sunrises are from the resort. You can see the view of Mt Agung in the distance. The owner Komang is super nice and helpful! She was always ready with a solution to anything I needed.

The location is second to none. The staff were fabulous and never hesitated to help. It was like being part of their family. The restaurant had amazing food and very prompt service.

The property felt like a second home

My friend and I were super comfortable here and extended our stay 2 times because we couldn’t get ourselves to leave when we had planned initially. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the place was clearly family run. The food at their restaurant was the best we had in Indonesia and consisted of fresh fish readily available for every meal. We will be back as this was definitely the best part of our trip.

Super relaxed place!

Location, friendliness of staff. Good food! We bought fish straight from the fisherman on the beach in front of our room. The staff prepared a delicious grilled fishmeal for us. We booked standard room but we got a free-standing the-luxe bungalow with view on the beach and the beautiful white fishing boats! Great gesture!

There are beach sandseats available but we missed a couple of beach chairs.

Superb

Well located at the beach, 100m from a great riff, were you can do snorkeling and see tousands of fish! You can rent snorkeling equipment for 50 k per day. Breakfast was good, rooms are simple but also good and clean. It was a nice familiar atmosphere and the owner even arranged our next transport. Thanks for that. You can also have diner there, i liked the coconut poached fish a lot.

OK for a short stay if you can find it!!

The room was comfortable, if a bit old and tired. I had an interrupted view of the sea. The included breakfast was OK. WiFi was fast and reliable.

Finding it was difficult. I arrived on a motorcycle at about 2.00 pm, a very hot time of day. I wanted to find the place and have a shower and rest after several hours on the bike, but it is poorly signposted. I rode past several times before resorting to asking directions. After three directions, the last indicating that it was a very small font and sign, I was able to locate it. The frontage is just a lane that leads to the hotel.

Great views directly on the beach. Relaxed stay with a family. you feel very welcome. Very clean and spacious rooms, amazing pressure and heat in the shower. Great breakfast, there warung is excellent and not expensive at all. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again.

Stylish room but already a bit come down. Just small things,attache the curtain to the bath room properly for example. Pillows are way much to big to sleep on them. Just for deco,for sleeping would be fine to have some smaller ones and a cover would be nice as well,was a bit chilly. very clean and nice stuff.

A relaxing experience.

Breakfast was amazing. Freshly made and they ask if you want seconds! Exceptionally friendly staff. Decent English skills, manager has good English skills. Good view of the ocean Reasonably priced restaurant for the area Working with the best dive shop in the area Really good snorkeling right off the beach.

The restaurant could use some festive decorations. There is sadly very loud music next door some nights. The music is from 8 to 11 pm, so it is tolerable unless you want to go to bed early. WiFi coverage needs to improved. But your room should have WiFi, we stayed in the room furthest away from the router and we only lost it occasionally. Don't let these things deter you from booking!

Location is good, and the staff on site were attentive, breakfast was nice and good portions. As there were no fridges in the rooms the staff allowed us to put our items in the fridge in dining area.

The rooms are in need of some renovation. Sheets and towels are old and stained. The curtain in the bathroom was only half hung. Paint peeling from the walls. The lack of amenities in the rooms was very disappointing no fridge and the soap dispenser in the bath room was broken. . The pictures on booking.com are very misleading.

Amazing little property at the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very big with a great shower. Make sure to book a room with seaview!!! The manager and her family were amazing! They cooked for us every night. The green curry was the best!!!

Though my late arrival in the midnight, they waited for my checkin. Also room was very comfortable, scene&atmosphere was really tranquilized. I stayed for my diving tour and the loction was also close to my shop either. Breakfast in this guesthouse is unforgettable

The kindness of the manager Komang! She prepared us a nice spot on the beach since we arrived early, helped us with our booking for Gili and organize out transfer from Sideman. The place is amazing, overlooking the beach with black sand, very calm and the food of the warung is delicious (try the fish green curry). Amazing quality for a small price!

We stayed just one night, but I wished we would have stayed more! Next time :)

Very friendly staff and were willing to help us with all questions we had. They helped us organized a transfer from Ubud and were willing to organize the fast ferry to Gili T. Very helpful and polite! Breakfast was also amazing!
