Disappointing.

The location is good, on the beach with good access to some snorkel/dive spots.

For the price, compared to other places in Amed, it was not at the same standard. Doors didn’t close properly, very basic facilities and felt a bit like it needed some love. Most frustratingly though was the reluctance to accommodate a simple request for a later check out. We didn’t have to leave for the airport until 4pm so we asked to check out then. The room was not booked that night so there was no reason why they couldn’t accommodate this. However, they said no and the only option they gave us was to pay for another full nights stay just for the extra 4 hours.

Very relaxing and adventurous stay, with lovely people

Absolutely amazing location, right on the beach and had the most amazing snorkelling right on the doorstep: seen lots of turtles everyday, big pods of dolphins, huge array of colourful fish. Was good to have some sort of breakfast included as well The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish, super friendly and always there to help with whatever’s needed.

Definitely would love to return again!!

We had the room number 1 and since the first day the view was amazingly beautiful and close by couple steps to the beach, the restaurant also really good so we ate there all our meals, staff always smiling and open to help with everything needed, even Coman playing guitar. We also rent diving gadgets there and scooter. All wonderful. Dedicated people taking care of their business with attention on detail! I could stay way more time there!!

Pleasant stay.

Awesome location, the breakfast was basic but decent. Room was also basic but decent, however wasn't cleaned the entire stay which was 5 nights. I am sure this would have been done upon request if needed. Located right on the beach for snorkelling and close to everything if you have a scooter.

Saturday night was loud with live music next door.

Great location convenient to cafes, shops, right on the beach and beautiful bungalow surrounds.

Some of the facilities a little aged, my door didn’t quite close securely. Close to main road so some nights a bit celebratory with bars etc next door, but generally felt safe, easeful and was a lovely stay!

Overall mixed experience, both good and not so great but for the location and price, it's passable!

The location is lovely, you walk straight from your room through the garden and onto the beach, right at the foot of the restaurant. The staff were kind, the pool was a nice touch, and the gardens were well maintained. The price was good. I also forgot my wallet after checking out, and they kindly brought it to me in Amed, really appreciated that.

The room felt a bit tired. It was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom had black grout and stains. The bed was okay, not the most comfortable. Overall, for the price, it’s fine. Be aware that music plays loudly from nearby venues until around 11pm every night (11pm is the cut off for noise in Amed), it's tricky if you need early mornings for work like I do. One night, a jar of sauce broke and I had to clean it up to avoid glass and insects. I used a hotel towel as there was nothing else and was later charged 150,000 rupiah to replace it. The staff claimed the towel cost 400,000, which felt excessive, especially given the situation. I paid it to avoid conflict, but it left an uneasy note.

Good place to stay

Spacious room, great location near the beach, lovely jaffle breakfast, clean cozy area, friendly staff.

They don’t provide even bottle of water in the room, no kettle , no caps, no tea bags , that normally goes in the hotels. No toothpaste and brush kit. You need to have all your own. And they charge for rent snorkelling equipment.

Great place to stay

Our apartment was right in front of the pool with the beach just in front. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and clean with air-conditioning and a hot shower with a fridge. Excellent food for breakfast and food during the day. Not far to walk to the shops and restaurants would definitely stay there again

Great location and views

We had ocean view room which had superb view and overlooked pool and beach beyond. The pool was small but refreshing and they had a live musician at night when we stayed, which was nice (it wasn’t too loud but you may need earplugs if you go to bed early!). It was great to sit on the beach and watch the sunset over Mt Agung in the evening

A quiet place in the countryside with a clean pool, the possibility of snorkeling directly from the accommodation with possibility to see turtles, very pleasant staff.

Location is great at sea front - at least our cabine. Breakfast convenient for vegetarians. Direcetly at snorkeling spot - a chance to see a turtle. :-)

Superb

Great location with a coral reef right outside the door, dolphins jumping out of the water seen from the reception and sea turtles a few meters from the shore. Friendly staff who offered more help when we had problems with our boats onward. Huge room with good A/C, mosquito net above bed, warm shower. Highly recommended!

This is no fault of the owners, but there can be quite some noise in the evening from some nearby live music.

All the staff is absolutely great, friendly and helpful.

Avoid this place !!!!!! I booked according to the pictures displayed on the site..... reality is far from them. Actually only two rooms are in a good condition, I stayed in the oldest one decayed and crumbling apart . Though AC and hot water were functioning. The worst experience during my days in Bali.

My favorite place in Bali, beach right at your door step. If you get the room #1 you even have a beach view from your room. You can snorkell, eta, chill there. Don't even need to leave this place.

Great location and staff, unsecured bungalow

Staff were so lovely, family ran place. Bungalow was 15 steps from the beach which was so lovely, snorkeling equipment was ready to hire if required for a very reasonable fee.

If the doors to the bungalow A - closed and B - had a good lock from tue inside. It had padlock and key to lock from the outside but you could push the doors open and see everything in the room. From the inside a vern worn, thin piece of wood was used to lock the door which would easily come out if forced. We can to barricade ourselves in the room with luggage to feel a bit more secured. The wardrobe had a gecko living in it and none of the windows closed and weren't secure so could also easily be broken into.

Peaceful beach hideaway

Fantastic location, has its own entrance to the beach. You can eat breakfast and watch the waves! Very quiet. Room was enormous, and bungalows have their own little porch. You can go swimming right out from behind your room. (Snorkel gear available to rent.) Good places to eat within walking distance. Really great, peaceful location to watch the ocean, swim, or chill out. Fabulous value for the money.
