Location is fantastic and right on the beachfront- you can hear the sea from the room! Very new hotel so everything is in excellent condition. Loved the comfortable lounge seating in the restaurant and bar area. Would stay here again 😀

Overall everything was great. Just one minor thing which is not the hotel’s fault but some dirty guests had left cigarette butts on the ground in the upstairs terrace. As seating is on bean bags close to the ground, it was really noticeable and detracted from how well kept everything else is. Some ashtrays or more frequent cleaning would be good to compensate for filthy guests without manners.

Beach views, pool, very clean, beautiful helpful friendly staff, walk 10 metres and your in the ocean ready to snorkel, we didn’t need to pay for a snorkel tour it was right in front of us. Absolutely loved our stay there would definitely stay again

It is just recently built so everything is new. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, hairdryer. The reception area looks out to the sea, it’s lovely.

The friendly atmosphere, helpful stuff members, I felt like home with my son 😍 The breakfast was really good with the view at the ocean. There is snorkelling equipment you can hire.

The building is still on construction work but the stuff is trying to place the guests to the quiet side of the building of possible.

The room had a fantastic view. It was a good size with a balcony. It was fairly sound-proof, at least from other rooms. There can be quite a bit of street noise, especially from motorcycles, though probably inescapable in that area. Staff were friendly (as Balinese generally are). The property is very well located to lots of shops, the beach, etc. and reasonably priced.

Taking into account the price range in that area, the room design was sub-standard. There was one oddly positioned towel rail next to the toilet, but a few hooks nearer the shower / basin would have been useful. The shower cubicle didn't drain properly and created a trip hazard because of poor design. Strangely, the bathroom door had a deadlock and key. Lights were poorly arranged, such as no light switch close to the front door (the main room lights were on the far side) and the hanging bedside lamps were positioned right over where you get into/out of bed, so you'd bump into them frequently. They were also too bright, lighting the whole room. The pillows were poor, I should have brought my own. On the service side, I requested a room clean 3 times and it never happened. I often passed the housekeeping staff resting or talking on the steps near the room, but apparently they never got a message to clean my room. The room had small ants which became a nuisance at times, and over a week's stay the room was increasingly in need of a clean but I gave up after repeated requests. On another occasion I was leaving early one morning for a trip and needed immediate help to soak a piece of stained clothing in a bucket or tub but my pleas fell on deaf ears. Another disappointing experience was food. One meal was fine, but another was so over-cooked and tasteless that I subsequently avoided eating in-house again.

Location was amazing. Snorkelling was excellent, hotel had an amazing few.

The beach sellers were really persistent, even when you were in the hotel.

The seating area near the ocean is just stunning. We would easily spend the whole day there with some drinks, snacks and a meal. The rooms were spatious, modern and clean. The hotel has a restaurant or you can choose to go to one of the many warungs nearby.

I like this place so much that I extended my stay twice and spent four nights here. The staff are the most amazing, super friendly and helpful! The location is prime, close to the busy area of town and the popular pyramids snorkelling site is at doorstep. You can rent snorkelling gear, paddle board, kayak (transparent!) from the hotel or the shop behind the swimming pool, it’s like having an in-house water sports centre. Having been to both the famous sunset point and sunset boat trip I’d say the best sunset is at the hotel beach. Kayaking/paddle boarding at sunset time in the pink waves looking out to the Mount Agung is such a beautiful experience beyond words can describe! The facilities in the room is bit basic but I mostly find them sufficient (tea corner, fridge).

Could be helpful to have a hairdryer. Bathroom hot water runs out a bit fast but enough for a quick shower.

The sea is just in 20 meters from the hotel. Pretty fresh and new. Hotel provider masks and fins for snorkeling, there is pretty good spot just in front.

- terrifically noisy inside the room because of the loud road in 4 meters which is active 6am-1am. Very poor sound isolation, the door and window look towards the road - bad smell in bathroom because of wrong sink drainage system construction - no vegetarian food selection in the restaurant

El hotel tiene vistas al mar y al monte Agung. Las habitaciones son muy grandes, tienen un salón en la entrada, y luego da a la habitación con baño y terraza. Dispones de un sofá también dentro de la habitación. El personal es muy amable, nos recogió a la noche de un restaurante. Además, aceptaron ciertas peticiones del desayuno como incluir fruta con la tortilla. Se pueden alquilar equipos de snorkel en el hotel.

Me hubiera gustado poder desayunar en la terraza de la habitación. La limpieza de la parte de cocina dentro de la habitación no era adecua, aunque no la usamos.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Es lag zwar direkt neben dem der Bar und vor dem Pool, aber es hat mich als Alleinreisende nicht gestört.

Beim Frühstück konnte man nur eine Sache wählen und ein Getränk. Alles weitere musste man bezahlen.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr schön.

Die Badezimmer sind sehr einfach und wirken auch schon etwas abgewohnt.

Une rue passante se trouve juste derrière l’établissement. De nombreux véhicules sont bruyants et cela peut gêner pour dormir et se reposer

Hotel je nový a hneď na pláži. Požičiava aj vybavenie na šnorchlovanie. Hotel má aj bazén s výhľadom na oceán. Izba bola krásna a čistá. Kúpelňa je pekná a plne vybavená. Je v nej aj fén na vlasy. Odporúčam izbu na vrchnom poschodí, nakoľko z balkóna je krásny výhľad na západ slnka a z vedľajšieho warungu vám niekedy hrá živá hudba. Personál hotela je mladý a priateľský. Hotel ponúka perfektné raňajky.

Très bon emplacement, hotel neuf donc propre. La piscine est très bien.

La plupart du personnel était désagréable et on avait l'impression de les déranger. Ils étaient comme chez eux, faisant du bruit n'importe quand, tot le matin et tard le soir. Le petit déjeuner n'inclut pas de café même un café balinais. La nourriture du restaurant est à améliorer.

L’emplacement, la vue, la piscine, la propreté des chambres.

Le manque d’organisation et de communication du personnel. Par exemple, en voulant prolonger notre séjour, on nous a changé de chambre.
