You can’t fault the property one bit. I love staying a bit out of town, so if you’re not comfortable paying for taxi or scooter it may not be for you, but it is worth it. Inayah and Mark and their staff are incredible. The room was spacious and the view from the top is perfect for slow morning, naps and afternoons listening to the sounds.

Mark and Inayah were wonderful hosts, friendly, attentive and gave excellent information . Breakfast choices were great, in particular the banana pancakes! Had the BEST massage i have ever had in my life, she bought a portable massage table to my room and i felt like a queen 🤩 They arranged a boat ticket for me to Nusa Lembongan and drove me to the port while we chatted like old friends in the car, and I left feeling like part of the family, suksma and cheers Mark and Inayah 🙏🥰❤️

Where to start ? From the moment I arrived, there was this arak cocktail, unforgettable guacamole and chips, and this immediate feeling of being expected somewhere, of truly belonging. And then there was that famous jamu shot with turmeric and ginger, the taste of which I still remember. Mark and his wife Inayah took me everywhere with them: hikes, a magnificent beach I never would have found on my own, authentic little spots, real contact with locals. Without them, my trip would have been an entirely different journey. It was true love at first sight. And above all: I had some medical issues while I was there, and Mark went out of his way to find solutions, with a kindness and responsiveness that touched me deeply. Traveling solo can sometimes feel vulnerable but there, I felt completely taken care of. The accommodation itself was also clean, comfortable and with an amazing view. I recommend this place a thousand percent, especially for solo travelers. Amed will remain one of my most beautiful memories of Bali, and I owe that to them. Thank you for everything. You were like a real family to me!
