Good snorkeling, but cocks crowing all night

Nice garden. Cleaning was good. The staff was very nice and always present. Very good beach for diving near the accommodation. If you are not going for snorkeling/diving we would only rate it 6 but only because of the placement for snorkeling we give it 7

The air conditioning didn't work properly. After 2 days I found out that the filter was clogged in both of our rooms. I cleaned it and it worked perfectly again. Fighting cocks live in small cages and the neighbor had at least 4 standing right outside the bathroom, which has windows that cannot be closed. So there are cocks crowing all day AND all night. We thought they would stop when it got dark. It's impossible to sleep through. We tried closing the holes in the bathroom wit some green beach mat and It muffled the sound a little, but you still wake up, even though we also used earplugs. The open windows in bathroom mean that there are many mosquitoes coming into the bedroom. My wife was eaten by mosquitoes We thought the beds were very hard.

Lovely room, lovely spot.

Staff always super helpful and friendly, room was immaculate, new beds / sheets etc. Clean cold water on tap (found this unusual in Bali, often only a small bottle per day was provided). Across the road from beach (if you're fit try the Jemeluk hill walk behind it). Dive shop at the front door was excellent. Very nice for a week in Amed.

Roosters going outside the window (all day) from 5am, but that seems to be a lot of Amed.

Rumah Diyah never fails to impress! The rooms are so well done with everything you need, the bed is very comfy, and the patio is great for having your breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, just off the main road but the rooms are very quiet and peaceful despite that. I love what they've done with the upstairs, with the rooftop sunset sitting area, it's very cute. Could not recommend this place more.

Look no further - this is the best place you can stay in Amed!

The rooms are exceptional - they were built and decorated with great care by the hosts - you can see this in every little detail. The bathroom is great, Wi-fi is fast, bed is large and comfortable and your own little private terrace is an absolute blessing. Breakfast is very tasty / try the banana pancakes - you'll love them! The hosts were amazing - they awaited me with fresh juice and coffee after my long drive to Amed, looked after all my needs and we had long friendly chats every day. I'm sure to return to them every time I'm in Amed!

Relaxing stay.

The breakfast was excellent served directly to your own private patio, good tea and coffee making facilities in the room too and a fridge to keep your (free) water in to keep cool. The rooms are very large and the bed has high quality linen on it, with the aircon on it was probably the best sleep we have had so far in Indonesia. It's a very short walk to the restaurants and there are some good ones nearby. Snorkeling is good just off the beach near Rumah Diyah but even better a short walk to Jemuluk Bay. There are two wrecks that can be snorkelled nearby (each about 20-30m offshore) both impressive and teeming with sea life. Ask Wayan the owner for details he is very friendly and can organise scooter rental for you.

Great value for the money

Wayan and the staffs from both the accomodation and the dive shop are super friendly. Because I don't know how to drive a scooter, they offered me free rides every single morning and even tried to teach me how to drive once. Good varieties for breakfast from banana pancake, eggs on toast to omellete with juice/fresh fruits and tea/coffee. Spacious and clean room with nice air con. Great location, near to a big supermarket, spa and lots of good restaurants and cafes.

The water pressure for the shower is not stable from time to time. It would be really handy if there is a drying rack for wetsuit and diving gears given almost everyone coming to Amed will somehow get wet. The kitchen is not very clean especially at night, you will find the sink piled with leftover and full of flies. Oh and be prepared for the roosters, but you will have to get used to them in Amed.

Great location

Wayan and his family went above our expectations to make our stay enjoyable. The friendly and happy staff/family were always around to help out when we needed them. Can't wait to get back to Amed and Rumah Diyah.

There was no pool there but there will be in the future. The beach is just a 2 min walk.

Lovely little gem of a find!

A new beautifully furnished room with lovely attention to detail. Very comfortable bed with welcome air conditioning. Friendly attentive staff who go over and above to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfasts available on request. Also lush gardens and comfy balcony for lounging in a quiet oasis in the evening. Plenty of restaurants nearby and recommendations for things to do in the area.

wonderful hidden gem in Amed 🥰

Perfect location, really central to everything. Close to many good restaurants and cafes and just 2 mins from the beach. dive center (Bali Dive Cove) close by and also great service. room was super clean, area was quiet and the staff were super friendly!

Le personnel est bienveillant et disponible, le petit jardin est très agréable, le service du petit déjeuner sur votre terrasse de chambre est très sympa. Le fait que l'hotel soit en retrait de la rue principale le rend calme. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Absolument parfait

Nous avons été accueilli en urgence par une adorable femme et sa petite fille. Nous avions réservé une chambre sur Airbnb et c'était une catastrophe (2 cafards, sale...) et j'ai quitté la chambre en urgence avec ma fille. J'ai réservé la chambre et 15mn après nous étions dans ce joli cocon. La chambre est très propre, bien décorée, le lit un vrai bonheur, le petit déjeuner inclus très bon, internet rapide, bref tout était absolument parfait !! Je recommande cet endroit avec plaisir

Нам достался ровно тот номер, который мы бронировали, было очень уютно и чисто, удобная постель. просторная терраса с диваном приятный бонус, на ней есть бамбуковые шторы, которые днем защищают от жары. В номере есть кондиционер и вентилятор.

Не рассчитывайте особо на завтрак) Нам принесли скудный скрэмбл на тостовом хлебе. этого мало, чтобы остаться сытым. Но это совершенно не портит впечатления от проживания, потому что остальное было отлично и даже захотелось остаться чуть дольше в этом месте.
