I loved everything!! Close to local Warungs for dinner and Lipah beach only a short walk. Staff were wonderful, room was great and ocean and pool right there. My fav place I’ve stayed in Bali 💜

Absolute winner of a place to stay. Small enough for all the staff to know you and for you to get to know the guests. The well maintained gardens and pool make it extra special and so cooling. An easy 10 minute walk to Lipah beach for the sand (rocky beach here) Walking along the edge of the road is best for the sure-footed but the busy traffic is very kind to walkers. A dukong can pick you up straight out the front and take you on a boat tour for snorkelling, fishing, sunset/rise.
I’d recommend going for a drink at least once at the Waeni’s Sunset View Hotel, only 5 minutes walk away. Amazing view at sunset.
Note that this property has a very steep driveway entrance and there are a few rooms that have high steps to access them so if it will be a problem then maybe ask for a room with easier access but my double hip replacement friend found it fine after freaking out when we first arrived! We didn’t have any scooter or car but found it fine to walk everywhere. Drinks by the pool were absolute highlights, never got sick of that view at anytime of the day.

Absolutely stunning location to chillaxe.
Gardens, pool, outlook all fantastic and came away as relaxed as ever. Not the Ritz but good Bali Iconic accommodation and staff very accommodating.
The outdoor/indoor shower needed some screening to prevent bugs from getting in.

Front room balcony was,fabulous overlooking water. Guy that cleaned rooms and outside was friendly and a hard worker doing a good job. Bed was comfortable enough with large net over top for mosquitoes protection. Air-conditioning worked well. Water supplied from a large bottle at office,area. Couple of good restaurants gusto resto and warung sabah close walk.
Safe was so rusty in our 2 rooms they were useless so had to carry everything with us. Restaurant where we ate breakfast and any other meals but wouldn't recommend eating there as,food very average. Ice from there had bugs in it and something red tinged. 🤔
