I absolutely love this place and I will be back next time im in amed. The location is perfect, I sat by the water each morning to eat my breaky.
The place is basic, but it feels homely, the staff are lovely and there are squirrels running around the trees.
I think if you're not fussy on having all the bells and whistles of a fancy villa and you want something that feels more like a homestay, this is the spot :)
We did have a massive storm and the roof leaked in my villa, but it wasn't a big deal - that's just life in Bali.
That i couldn't stay in Amed forever!

Location was great. Staff friendly and helpful. A big room.
Breakfast was good. Comfy bed. Right on the beach.
Very tired room. Needs better supply of toiletries, proper shower head. Fridge sitting on the ground. Need a doona. Better towels. Gardens need to be maintained and pond outside room very dirty
