Worth the 3 hour drive from Denpasar.Wonderful scenery and marine life

Plenty of trees gives shade snd shelter if ever needed. It is a small property and staff always there to assist. Everything seems to work except for internet which can be patchy. Good supermarket 50 meters away across road. Pharmacy, bakery, tatooists, warungs and 50 metres from nearest beach

Noise from outside road traffic takes a bit of getting used to

My absolute FAVOURITE place of the whole month trip. I was so sad to leave. Everything was perfect about this place — the staff, service, breakfast options, location, environment, rooms, comfort and peace levels, the pool and gardens were stunning. Will be bookmarking to return!

Beautiful stay in the heart of Amed

Lovely little Oasis in the heart of Amed. Walking distance to a vast variety of Warungs. Breakfast was delicious and staff were extremely helpful and could organise scooter, transport and snorkel gear.

We loved it all.

Perfect!!

Planned to stay a couple of nights but ended up extending twice. Such a beautiful place, full of plants and flowers and by far the cleanest place I’ve stayed in Bali. The staff are lovely and made me feel at home, even got a birthday cake! Thanks Eva, Mama and the whole team.

A lovely quiet stay in heart of a busy town, eating choice from low end warung to high dining

Loved being in the heart of eating and coffee venues and a VERY short walk to beach. Rooms have everything in terms of electric outlets, hairdryer, lots towels, good lighting and tea making (etc). The most generous and delicious of "breakfast included" in Bali

The pool water was cloudy and therefore unsafe for swimming. Pool chairs and surrounds dirty The security box in room worked but wasn't bolted down.. easy to carry away!

A lovely resort of huts set within well presented gardens with a pool. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and friendly always greeting you when you saw them. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was also very good for a good selection of restaurants. We rented a couple of scooter which we were able to keep in front of the hotel with no issue.

The shower had low pressure most of the time but the rest of the room and resort and the price more than makes up for that.

Lovely place, really recommend it

Like the location, the garden and nice bed and pillows. Big water bottle in the room. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Beach towels. Good price on the food. Roomservice was also really nice, you can eat your food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) on your terass. They really took great care of the garden.

Mosquito nets instead of glas on the windows in the bathroom. When the neighbours burned garbage it smells a lot in the room and even of the clothes. Many roosters in the area so it really sounds like they stood next to the bed sueinf night and early mornings.

Excellent breakfast, cozy room and nice garden

Nice rooms with separate bathrooms wich is little open but did not bothered us. Super cool and copious breakfast ( pancake or egg or asian) with fresh fruit juice, fruits, tea or coffee. I had gluten free pancake which was tasty and big. One street from the see. Scooter rental available, super nice french owner :)

Some tiny ants are always in the room on the desk, but we could live with it.

What a wonderful place, beautiful and still has the backpacker vibe.

Set in a beautiful garden, property was clean and the staff exceptional!. The food was really good, the best breakfast, oh my gosh that dragonfruit and the pineapple jam…… just dreamy. There is also a special little kitty called Bala, give her a cuddle if you get a chance. The staff made our stay so much fun and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely come back. Thank you all xxx

True oasis in Amed

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice terrace (with chairs and a sun bed; which was really comfortable).. They cleaned the room everyday if you wanted to. Breakfast was good with delicious fresh fruit juice. Location was perfect; within walking distance of restaurants and a quite large supermarket. We rented scooters and the price was very reasonable. The area is lovely to drive around. WI-FI worked very well. We loved the cat😊

The bungalows are situated in a lovely garden, however there is.a bit lack of privacy as the bungalows are situated that you look at each others terrace. It didn’t really bother us, but we didn’t realise this upfront.

Superb

Our recent stay at Amed Oasis was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location was perfect – just a quick stroll across the road, and we found ourselves on the beautiful beach with a breathtaking view of the majestic volcano Agung. The proximity to numerous restaurants and beach bars made it a haven for foodies and those seeking vibrant beachside vibes. As avid divers, we were thrilled to find an abundance of diving centers nearby, catering to both beginners and more experienced divers. Upon entering the hotel, we were immediately enchanted by its incredible garden. It was evident that the hotel took great pride in maintaining this natural sanctuary. The lush greenery and well-groomed plants created an idyllic atmosphere that set the tone for a relaxing and serene stay. The swimming pool was equally impressive, providing a refreshing escape during the warm days. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel's incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. One memorable morning, we had the opportunity to go fishing during the sunrise with one of the hotel personnel. It was an unforgettable experience, and to our surprise, the hotel's kitchen graciously offered to cook the fish we caught for our dinner that evening!

It’s worth mentioning that while the hotel provided a tranquil haven during most hours, the roosters in the neighbourhood had their own plans for the early morning hours. Their enthusiastic wake-up calls could disrupt your sleep if you're not an early riser. We recommend bringing a pair of earplugs to ensure a peaceful start to your day.

Lovely little resort in central Amed

Very centrally located and fantastic staff. Lovely to enjoy breakfast in room at no extra charge too.

Lots of construction work currently happening at the resort so could be a little noisy. The wooden bungalows have no sound proofing at all due to the traditional nature of them.

Very good

Rimba cafe next door is excellent. The pool was exactly as pictured and clean. rooms were great and each had a little patio. honestly the place was excellent BUT considering the price point ($40 per night) there are better places for your buck in Amed. Breakfast was good and standard, the gelato served here is cheap and delicious too.

I prefer to stay closer to Jemeluk bay.

Prfect for the price.

Nothing to complain about for the price. Rejected it initially as no options for a family of three were shown on booking.com. Checked with hotel and they could put an extra bed in for 100k a night. Staff very nice. Breakfast okay for the price. Ten mins drive from a great snorkelling spot. Bit noisy - some loud party over the road. For the price - absolutely fine.

The place is quiet at night and I booked my trip to Gili Air Island via the Lady Kadek. She was very helpful 😍 and always online via WhatsApp when I asked Her something... well done Kadek! 😉.

My Bungalow needs immediately a renovation but! the time when I was there! They started to renovate some Bungalows.

Not a bad option if you want to be in town center

The common area around the pool was nice. Air con worked really well. Location is tops and bed was comfy!

It was loud from the machines. Next room’s light was coming to my bed. There were stains on the sheets (but they changed) and towels. The walls were bubbled up from humidity. It is quite run down overall sadly.

Wonderful place in Amed with the best staff ♥️

Amed is beautiful and Oasis has a great location in the middle on the other street to the beach. The staff was exceptional! Friendly and helpful. Alone for them I would go back. The WiFi was the best I had in Bali! You can rent snorkels and scooter right there.

Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Accommodation basic but comfortable in a nice setting. Pool small but good for a dip.

The towels weren't automatically changed every day, but they needed to be as impossible to get dry. Staff would do so when asked.

A little beach oasis in a great location

Fantastic location in Amed close to awesome eateries and just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The place really feels like an oasis and it’s perfect regardless of the weather - I arrived on a rainy day and it felt secluded enough from the strong winds and showers, while it was beautiful to enjoy the sunny days too thanks to its location and layout concept around the garden and the swimming pool. The bedroom was spacious and the bed really comfy. They have a lovely cat and dog, which made it feel like a homestay with the comfort of a humble resort-style accommodation. Staff were accommodating and helpful, and breakfast was better than expected. I ended up extending my stay there and would return in a heartbeat.

There are better places to stay

The property looked like it was a nice resort before but now it’s not well maintained. The rooms are big and it has a nice garden with a pool. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice, prepared breakfast for us the night before as we had to leave early. We were also able to rent a motorbike from them.

There was no proper cleaning so both the room and the bathroom were not as clean as they should be. The room had a funny smell and it was full of insects which we killed with a spray but half of them were still on the floor the second day after the cleaning was done. The walls look bad, the drapes were almost falling and the couch and sun chair from outside the room we couldn’t use as everything looked quite dirty. The whole place looked sad like a resort that was once super nice and now it has been forgotten.

Centralised Location with friendly staff

The Hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes to the beach and a few snorkeling points. The wifi connection is really good, which is not a given for hotels in Amed. Room is big, there is complimentary water in the room and the staff are super friendly.

The rooms are very dated, the photos on the website is probably with very good lighting or couple of years ago. the bathroom and towels are not very clean. Bedsheet also has patches of stains. Given the price point, it is a good stay if you need good wifi connection.
