Great value for money if you value quiet and sea view

For the price, this place is such good value. Unobstructed views of the sea (I was on top floor) walk straight out to beach for nice long walks or swim. Close to many restaurants, spas, and shops. Súper quiet and away from motorbike noise. Room is basic but comfortable, Hosts were very kind when I had to cancel my last two days. Breakfast on the balcony with sea view was so nice.

Simple no frills bargain with million dollar views 🤩

Loved being at stones throw from the beach. breakfast on the balcony with that unspoilt view: sun rising,the outrigger boats heading out, the sun lighting up the sails😍 The landlady was friendly and helpful. The night before I left I had to cancel breakfast because of a very early departure, and she made me a little picnic breakfast and brought it up the night before.

It wasn't the Ritz Hotel but it's a bargain for the price. The WiFi wasn't exceptional and was interrupted a couple of times but they were doing maintenance locally so 🤷🏼‍♂️

Cozy stay with super friendly staff!

The owners and staff were fantastic. Super friendly and helped me with renting a scooter as well as arranging a driver to transport me to my next destination. Great view of the ocean off of the balcony!

Felt we didn’t get what we paid for even though it was fairly cheap.

Close to beach and Main Street.

Really really really needs an upgrade. Basic breakfast OK. Aircon didn’t changed room the next day. This room no hot water in shower, toilet moved when you sat on it and didn’t flush well. Very outdated.

Nice facilities upon first look, but cockroaches made it unbearable and would never stay here again.

Staff was kind and accommodated for my early breakfast request.

So many cockroaches. And huge ones. I couldn’t get any sleep all night because of all the cockroaches running/flying around the room.

Great view, great location, but missing some essentials.

The views were really good from the 2nd floor! And the beach is literally just *right there* out the door. Breakfast was also delicious every morning, and the staff were friendly.

It was pretty inconvenient not having an electric kettle in the room, or drinking water provided for free. But the staff did give us a massive thermos in the morning that was OK solution.

Excellent location with a great view and great staff.

Absolutely great place to stay the view was stunning and the staff were so friendly and kind who served a great breakfast on your balcony each morning. The ladies also fixed my washing up for me and delivered it back to my room. Easy walking to everything you needed at least 3 restaurants within a minute walk, 2 convenience stores in a 3-4 minute walk one if you headed right the other if you headed left. Many restaurants to choose from you are really spoilt for choice. Easy to organise transportation if you needed it or fishing or snorkeling tours with so many operators to choose from. I can not wait to return someday as 5 days was simply not enough.

If I was to be picky it would be that the hand basin and some of the tiles in the shower need a good scrub as there is a build up. In saying that this didn’t detract or affect my stay in any way and I would be happy to return again.

We were a little disappointed.

We liked the balcony facing the ocean, wifi was reliable, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and was served on our balcony. Very pleasant staff.

Exterior grounds needed some TLC Mold in washroom and all the walls and peeling paint.

Beach, swimming, chilling, view

The hotel is charming. Our terrace had splendid views on both Agung mountain and the beach that is easily downstairs. Our host very very sweet, kind and helpful providing us a driver who was also very kind that brought us to her place and to the next step. We had an excellent experience.

The three sisters who run it are awesome!

The family was absolutely wonderful! It had prime location on the beach and waking up to the sound of the waves was incredible!!! A super lovely family runs it!

Amazing place!

The view is fantastic like everyone here says. The staff super nice. I booked a scuba diving experience with the uncle of the owner. That was very good with Bali Luxury Divers. The accommodation also offered a balinees massage by the mother in your own room to relax. The accommodation has really taken the advices and comments in the reviews at heart. There was toilet paper, a little table near the sink, a little table in the room with a mirror etc. The lose electric cable was still sticking out, but not bothering me. And yes the wallpaper and paint come from the walls here and there, but that is very logical as it is very moist with the sea nearby. Literally outside the room and 10 meters walk. The salt plant was not bothering me. I heard no noise at night. It was very quiet. The mattress is firm, but that is fine with me. I slept like a log. Wi-Fi did not test it out for long, but it worked fine when I needed it. In the night there was almost no water coming out of the tap. But during day everything was normal. There is a fridge, airco and ventilator. Airco looks a little bit shabby, but i was not bothered by it and it works most importantly. Bathroom was clean, but i think suffers from moist and damp to. There is no mosquitonet, but I did not see a mosquito. To me this place is fantastic for just 1 or for more nights. I loved it and definitely recommend a stay here. Oh and yes some ants and lizard are there too. But that's normal here in Bali. Just enjoy the wildlife

Decent guest house for a couple of nights.

Everything was okay. Price-quality decent. Normal breakfast with a couple of opties.

There are a bunch of stray dogs. We left our shoes outside same as the neighbours. Only to find them chewed and destroyed the morning after. Not at fault of the hotel ofcourse.

it was lovely to stay in this guest house. The family was super nice. I used whatsapp for any request that i need. Room is big with amazing view and great balcony. Wi-fi, hot shower, cleaning every day. You also can rent a bike, equipment for snorkeling for normal price. I'd love to stay here again

Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a super pleasant stay. Toilets are clean. Bed is comfortable and the location is great. The view from the balcony is just beautiful. The perfect view to wake up to during a holiday.

Simple accommodation right by the beach

Simple accommodation right by the beach. You can simply wake up and walk into the ocean. Snorkel masks are available for hire. Very helpful host, gave me a ride from the sunset point and helped me find a taxi for my onward journey.

Make sure you have enough drinking water, it’s not provided at check-in.

Uninterrupted 180degree views right on the beach. Massive Agung 20ks off the balcony.

Scooter access can be smartened up. Unfortunately, that access land is owned by a salt producer who has no interest in upgrading for the tourists.
