Kubu Kangin Resort

The staff were all so very friendly, helpful, honest and discrete. The private gardens and pool make relaxing very easy. The breakfast menu was sufficient and enjoyable. Organising airport pick-up, scooter hire and local trips were readily organised and at fair prices. The short 5-minute walk to the Amed main street allows you to explore the many local restaurants and also beach. There are a number of local activities to keep you occupied, snorkelling, diving and fishing, exploring and visiting Mount Bakur. We stayed a week. Also stayed here for a week at the same place the previous year. The website photos are a true reflection of the resort.

Quiet location away from main road, beautiful gardens, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good food, close to restaurants, easy to hire scooter from reception. The photos don't do it justice. Highly recommend.

I didn't mind because I get up early but the morning can be noisy with roosters, however they do provide earplugs.

This is a stunning oasis of a resort set in an amazing tropical garden setting away from the noise and hustle of the main street. Locally owned, with helpful friendly staff and traditional Balinese hut style rooms, we would throughly recommend this resort.
