Great stay in the middle of Amed.

Nice big room and a great balcony to sit out at the end of the day. Staff, room and location excellent.

Aircon too small for the room so it struggled a bit.

The family who’s running the place is awesome! Their service was so good! Everything was completely clean and the breakfast was really good.

The entrance is not the best, you have to walk for a rural path to get in and out from the guesthouse and there is no light, so is dark in the nights but is safe (even though the frogs as the guardians of the door 😅). I went in the rainy season so it wasn’t easy enter and out, but at the end it wasn’t a big deal.

Super friendly helpful staff. Nice big room with biiiig bed. Bedside tables. A desk, a chair and a low wardrobe. Good sized bathroom. With plenty of hot water in the shower. Great little terrace for breakfast which is simple and tasty. Walking distance to food cafes, restaurants and beach.

Everything is great. Bathroom is basic and functional. Soap is v synthetic.

Lovely homestay in Amed

Really lovely spacious room and bathroom with hot water. Nice garden to look out on when having breakfast in the morning. Lovely kind hosts we hired a bike and snorkelling equipment and they helped us to get a taxi to our next location.

Amazing!

Everything - the size of the rooms, the facilities, the breakfast being served right outside your door every morning! The hosts were friendly and were able to help with any requests. A lovely homestay in a great location

It was difficult to find the entrance at first, there aren’t clear signs. You have to go down a small alley and the first set of doors on the right is where the homestay is

All in all, really good

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The room is very confortable and clean. I can’t stress enough how nice everyone was.

We were unfortunate enough to not be liked by the dog and barked at constantly… but thankfully everyone helped us get pass the dog

Lovely hosts, clean and comfortable rooms

Super clean, AC worked wonderfully, comfortable big beds. I loved that breakfast was served right outside my room. Very efficient and affordable laundry service. Most of all, though, the mother and daughter duo that run this place are wonderful. Lovely Elsa and her mum go above and beyond to help their guests, sorting out my onward transport, opening their store for me when I needed an emergency swimsuit before a dive, preparing breakfast for me early too so I could get an early taxi. I would absolutely recommend this stay to everyone, the hospitality is impeccable. Thank you so much!

Good value room for Amed

Pros: - Nice, spacious and clean rooms with large bathroom. - Location close to Amed beach but might be nicer to stay further down the beach.

Cons: - Breakfast could be improved. - There was a blackout for 12 hours, which was quite scary and staff did not check in the entire time - to help or provide candles. - 3% charge if you pay by card. - Room wasn’t cleaned during our entire 3 night stay.

This is an excellent place to stay. Facility has everything - breakfast, laundry, scooters for rent, fridge for your food. Family who owns this place is an absolute delight. Greatly enjoyed chatting with them each day.

Just a nice family to stay with

The owner and her daughter very friendly bottles of wine in the fridge at the end of the garden. Two lovely dogs, amazing bed, coffee and kettle in the bedroom. Great hot water.

Lovely and quiet place. Owners are really nice. Simple Breakfast at your terrace . Kettle tea/coffee/water in the room. Large room with comfortable bed, hot shower. Good WiFi Possibility to rent scooter and snorkeling equipment at extra cost. Close to beaches and restaurants

Pleasant stay in a nice bungalow that needs some improvement

Location in quiet street not far from the beach, good size bungalow and friendly staff

Room had a leak in the roof and started leaking a little bit when it poured outside. We were rapidly offered to move to another bungalow but we decided to stay as it stopped raining. Toilet also leaks water at the base

Nice clean room, super welcoming and friendly family, breakfast with fresh fruit, tea or coffe, scrambled egg with toast or pancake served on your porch. Good advice about the area and arranged scooter and transport to our next destination. Our second time in Amed Kunara, and we would love to come back! Be aware that you are in the countryside and that you can hear animals - OK for us.

everything was perfect

the hosts are super friendly and the rooms are big clean and comfortable. the breakfast was amazing and they even made me gluten-free pancakes.

the bathroom was a bit stinky because it was too moist ne had no big windows for a good circulation but I think that is an overall Bali problem.

Kedek is so nice and will help you as much as she can ! A little place of quiet in amed ! Room are so big and nice ! Dogs and kitty so nice (even if they bark haha) She has all the answer for you !

Other comments talk about the farm next door. It is not a problem ;) A bit far from the snorkeling place but with scooter no worries !

clean and super friendly homestay close to the centre

The owner and her daughter was so friendly and kindful. The room was good and clean. The AC works really well. For breakfast you can choose between Toast/egg or Pancake. Every breakfast includes a fresh plates of fruit. It is possible to rent a scooter for 60k/day. The guest house is really close to the beach and lots of Warnung and Restaurants near by. I can highly recommend

The ventilation of the bathroom isn‘t really well, towels and clothes don’t become dry because of the many mosquitoes a mosquito net would be great
