Great place to stay in Amed

This is a very nice place to stay in Amed. The family is very friendly, they serve good breakfast every day. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is great too - only a few minutes drive to the dive centres. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Nice place

ienjoyed my stay here. The owners are very kind and the breakfast is exquisite. The banana pancake and the fried eggs were my favorites, and I highly he place is close to several restaurants, cafés, and hotels where you can eat or get a massage. It’s also just a 15-minute walk from Jemeluk Beach, which I loved. You can also go down to the beach right in front to swim and snorkel, which is one of the top activities in Amedrecommend both. The bedroom was spacious, so my family and I felt comfortable the entire time.

The only aspect that could be improved is that the pillows were quite hard, and sometimes cockroaches came in, although that’s typical of such a humid climate. However, overall it didn’t really affect us, especially considering all the positive side

As many previous reviewers have said the owners are absolutely lovely and will genuinely make your day everytime you chat to them. Great location and view from the balconies. Excellent breakfast! Ask for the Bali pancake. It was delicious.

The whole property feels a little neglected. A good couple of hours of cleaning would do wonders. There was a bit of a drainage problem in our bathroom that came and went that meant the toilet smell wafted into our room. It wasn’t so bad that we complained, but I think the age of the property is beginning to show a little. The wifi was extremely patchy and I used my data more than wifi during the three days I was there.

Felt like home

Big comfortable bed with fans and AC. Great view with a chilling area from each room's terrace. Delicious homemade breakfast. The loveliest couple, Made and Ketut, attentive and ready to help if you need anything.

A wonderful place to explore Amed from!

Very helpful Hosts, close to sunset point and excellent restaurants (don't miss Galangan), breakfast included snd a wonderful, clean, spacious room with an ocean view.

Be prepared for lots of stairs if you want a room with a view!

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! Made and Ketut are truly some of the kindest, most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met—they made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their generosity and attention to detail went above and beyond what you’d expect, making our stay feel like a 5-star. The room was clean, cosy, and perfectly positioned to enjoy the most incredible view. Waking up to a glowing sunrise right from our bed was an unforgettable highlight. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay hosted by genuinely lovely people, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place

Maré and her husband made me feel like home in this beautiful tropical garden. Location is perfect and it is quiet! Amazing view and good breakfast. Also you can rent scooters it's very practical!

Perfect place and view, lovely people!

Made and Ketut were excellent hosts, and I had a wonderful time at their place. My little house had full view of the ocean and sunrise, everything was neat and clean, really couldn't have been any better. Hope to come back here one day, much recommended!

The best accommodation I had in Bali. The family is very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and you have a direct view of the ocean. If you want you have the opportunity to go fishing with the owners by boat. The banana pancakes are the best I have ever eaten. Can only recommend the accommodation to everyone 10/10 points.

Lovely and peaceful homestay

Love the balcony with sea and garden view, we enjoyed having breakfast there. The hosts are nice people and the place is extremely peaceful. Room and bathroom are large.

Nothing really but the bottom sheet from the bed kept coming off and we had to put it back on.

Beautiful stay in Amed

Made and her hausband are super kind and generous. They really try to get in contact with you and tell about their culture. If you need help in anything, the will offer it to you. The rooms are big, lightful and clean. They have a huge choice at the breakfast and it tastes delicious! If you go to Amed, you should definitvely stay at this lovely homestay!

In the morning the light shines early through the curtain. Sometimes there was powerfailure and the WiFi broke done for some time.

Anfitriones encantadores y vistas bonitas

Los anfitriones son un auténtico encanto y muy pendientes para todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además te sientes parte de su hogar y su vida cotidiana mientras a la vez tienes privacidad total en la habitación. El balcón es la joya del sitio con unas vistas muy bonitas y una tumbona cómoda. El desayuno está incluido y los pancakes riquísimos! En cuanto a calidad precio, no he visto cosa mejor en Bali.

Está un poco apartado del centro así que necesitas una moto para moverte. La playa justamente debajo del sitio no es la más bonita. Pero lo que quita puntos al alojamiento en realidad es el baño, está mal diseñado porque el agua de la ducha corre por todo el baño porque el desagüe está del otro lado, por lo que todo el cuarto de baño está constantemente encharcado y hay un olor a humedad.

UN SUEÑO DE LUGAR. MEJOR PERSONAL IMPOSIBLE.

Para empezar, el personal fue de lo mejor. Me puse enferma el mismo día y llegué muy tarde por la noche, pero el propietario estuvo pendiente de mis mensajes todo el rato para asegurarse de que llegábamos bien. La habitación un sueño. Unas vistas espectaculares al mar dónde se puede ver un bonito amanecer en la terraza. La habitación cuenta con mosquitera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. La cama era muy cómoda y el lavabo muy grande. El desayuno incluido super variado, consistente y rico! Qué maravilla de lugar por el precio que tiene. Además, nos alquilaron una moto y nos reservaron un shuttle para llegar a Kuta. Todo genial. Muchas gracias pareja, si volvemos a Amed (que volveremos), repetiremos con vosotros!!!!

C’était juste EXCEPTIONNEL

La famille était super gentille et tellement accueillante et bien veillante !!! Le petit déjeuné était succulent ! Ils ont été adorables, vraiment je les remercie du fond du cœur ! Nous avons même pu louer une moto à l’hôtel ! Merci infiniment pour tout, on ne vous oubliera pas 🫶🏻

Madé et Ketut ont été au petit soin. Le logement est confortable et la vue sur la mer est vraiment agréable. Ils ont su nous conseiller pour les activités autour d'Amed et pour voir de jolis endroits.

Prix extra. À 5min en taxi du centre.

L’accueil de made et ketuh est très incroyable, ils font tout pour nous faire plaisir. Ils nous ont commandés nos taxis et nous ont donnés des conseils pour nos visites. Il y a qq marches pour rejoindre nos chambres mais ça ne pose pas de problèmes. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. La chambre a une belle petite terrasse qui nous permet de voir le lever du soleil à 6h30, c’était magnifique. Le lit était très confortable, propre mais les draps sont un peu trop court et légèrement déchirés (n oublions pas que le prix de la chambre est très bas) Il y a beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais ne faite pas attention à ce qui vous entoure dans la salle à manger car il y a du désordre. L hôtel est à deux pas de la plage et d’un restaurant qui a une piscine accessible gratuitement si on y boit un verre. On a besoin d un taxi pour rejoindre le centre d Amed en 5 min a un prix très bas. Le snorkeling à amed est incroyable, les poissons y sont splendides.

Accueil chaleureux et confort simple pour un très bon séjour

La gentillesse et l’accueil de nos hôtes, qui sont toujours prêts à rendre service. Le charme des petites maisonnettes au milieu d'un jardin fleuri et la vue magnifique sur la mer. Les fonds marins de la plage de galets en face de la homestead. Ce logement est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Nous avons tout apprécié, mais n’ayant pas de moyen de locomotion sur place, il faut savoir que le village d’Amed s’étale sur plusieurs km le long de la mer, et qu'il faut s’attendre à marcher (ou à prendre un taxi) pour accéder aux différentes plages.

Maravilloso hotel con vistas al mar

Maravilloso bungalós donde pasar tus vacaciones en Amed, con unas vistas increíbles al mar y al precioso jardín, los dueños son fantásticos y te intentan ayudar en todo lo que pueden, tienen motos para alquilar, aunque la playa no está lejos es recomendable tener moto para desplazarse a las diferentes playas, restaurantes y templos, la habitación es amplia y muy limpia, es desayuno está muy rico y está incluido en el precio. Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Las almohadas no son nada cómodas, son muy pequeñas.

Очень хороший вариант по соотношению цена/качество. Даже с завтраками. Всё необходимое в номере есть. Вид с террасы на море просто великолепный. Комаров не было. Радушные хозяева. Если бы в номере ещё были чайник и холодильник было бы очень хорошо, но тогда и цена наверное была бы другой. Пожилым людям возможно будет тяжело подниматься по лестнице до своего домика.

Первый раз в жизни пользовался унитазом без сиденья (стульчак отсутствовал). Незабываемые впечатления.
