Nice place, close to the beach

Nice place, it had everything we needed. A small kitchen, outside terrace, and bathroom with hot shower. It is situated in a nice garden. Very friendly staff and owner. Would come again.

The only thing was that the mosquito net was not so clean.

Quiet full-equipped house in central location

- fully equipped place for a long stay (kitchenette, terrace, clothes dryer, bin bags, hammock) - central location, walkable to the main street with cafes and shops, but quiet as tucked a bit away on a side street - welcoming host, keeping contact in WA to arrange arrival

- there was no blanket provided, just a thin cotton bed sheet to cover up, which made me (a fan of hugging big fluffy blankets) a bit sad - electric outlets beside bed were glitchy so I had to try left or right each night - night stand lamp was not working

Great value!

Beautiful, new and cosy room! It had a big bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We rented our scooter with him and also a taxi for the next destination. Super recommended it!

Our stay was excellent! The rooms were large and nice, good location, and the staff was wonderful. We were able to check in late no problem. Would 100% recommend!

Good for the price

For the price it was quite good. + every bungalow (there are 4 in total) has now hot water! + wifi was working great from my bungalow (number 3) + good air-condition + cheap scooter rental right from the host + much space in the bungalows, clean, big bed with mosquito net (you will need it!) + small kitchen with a fridge, gas cooker and a few cooking utensils (didn't use that though) + easy communication with the host via WhatsApp + towel exchange and room cleaning upon request + great location close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc + every bungalow comes with it's own hammock + the garden is nice and spacious + they put the table inside the bungalow for me so I could work from there

- there are many mosquitos in the room - the bathroom door was extremely squeaky and jerky so I had to lift it with force every time to reduce the squeaking - facilities could be a bit better, for example there's no kettle, cupboard, etc - water is not free, but you can pay 30k for a big canister

Hot shower's installed, value for money, comfy, excellent location.

Amazing location, friendly host who really takes reviews to heart. All the bungalows have HOT showers now :)! Very good value for money, comfy bed, little kitchen, scooter, laundry, all provided for good prices. Quiet surroundings. I absolutely loved staying here and def will come back again.

The first 2 days the wifi wasn't as strong in the room and only worked outside. Luckily the rest of my stay it worked fine.

The layout was really nice with detached buildings in a garden setting, was private and secure set back from the road reducing traffic noises

Pleasant

There is its own territory for recreation, a full-fledged house with a kitchen. Hammock in the shade of trees for relaxation.

We left a bowl for the next cat, but the owner said not to do that. Geckos are heard at night. Not so frequent cleaning. I had to take out the garbage on my own.

Pleasant stay and friendly staff.

Nice contact to Koman and his son. Koman was so friendly to pick me up in Jemeluk. Very nice bungalow and terrace. There's some room between the bungalows, so you can enjoy some privacy. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen with basic equipment. Quiet place, as the bungalows are in a side road, but it's only 5 min walking to the beach. You can rent a scooter. Private taxi service. Recommended.

Great location -- off the main drag, but still close to beach and restaurants. Big living space, private kitchen, chill porch -- entirely separate from other units. Excellent wifi.

Superb

Really nice arranged bungalow compound. The bungalow is spacious and hast a nice big terrace. There are 2 beanbags on the terrace available, which are nice to hangout and read a little. The bungalow has also a kitchen attached, which is really convenient and well equipped. The area is really quite and in the same way really close to the main street.

The AC is a little to weak for the size of the bungalow, it takes long to cool down and is only medium cold, thought the AC is quite new.

Nice and peaceful area with 3 bungalows. Room is small but comfortable enough for a stay. There is a small kitchen with all you need for cooking. Located really closed to everything. WiFi speed is around 16 mbps, connection is stable most of the time, more than enough for video calls Friendly and helpful owner :)

There is no hot water, so ask for a bucket in advance if you want to have hot water shower :) Bungalows has some design holes in the front wall, that allows insect to get in, but bed net helps during nights

Really clean and private. Next to the road but super silent space. Also next to an indomart, good warungs and dive centers. The owner was super nice as well. Would highly recommend!

Amazing bungalow with great facilities 😁 it's exceptionally clean and the area is private with only three bungalows in the whole garden. There is a kitchen attached to the room and it is ideal for travelers who want to cook their own breakfast.

Perfect accommodation to explore Amed.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bumbung Bungalows. The location is great, 2 minutes walking from shops and restaurants or a nearby beach. 5 minutes on a scooter to jemeluk beach which I think is the best beach in the area for relaxing and snorkelling (we visited about 5 times). The owner was very friendly and helpful. We organised a scooter and a taxi to Sidemen with him very easily and the prices were good. He also put out hammocks for us in the garden. The rooms were as pictured with a good fan and A/C. Each room also has a kitchen which was a very nice touch. Overall a fantastic stay, we would definitely stay there again if we went back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Komang was amazing! Overall amazing place to stay, clean and beautiful in a great location, our bungalow even had a full kitchen attached to it. He rented us a good, cheap scooter, did our laundry, picked us up from the Denpasar airport and even drove us all the way to Ubud to the next place we were staying at the end of our visit. He even helped us fine an awesome local company to dive with. Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bumbung Bungalows. The was really nice, they were super helpful and took care of everything I needed.

The only thing I didn’t like it, is that there’s no hot water to take a shower. Since it was my first time in Amed, I had no idea that’s a thing we need to pay attention before booking a place there.

Un logement très central, tout en étant au calme (ce qui est agréable). Jardin avec 4 bungalows indépendants. Le bungalow comprend : salle de bain, chambre, cuisine et terrasse. Pratique pour rester à la semaine. Cuisine équipée pour cuisiner au quotidien (un seul feu !). Ménage possible pour les guests qui restent plusieurs nuits (+ changement de serviette). La personne qui s'occupe du ménage est sympathique et discrète. Possible de louer sur place des scoots, faire appel à des services de taxi.

Un hôte un peu trop stressé et oppressant pour nous (séjour de 1 semaine, mais on ne serait pas rester plus longtemps). Présent tous les jours dans le jardin, nous demande tous les jours d'éteindre la clim la journée (et le vérifie, alors que nous l'avions fait dès le 1er jour), de fermer le portail (idem) Des insectes (espèce de chenilles, moustiques ++) A payer en cash sur place

El servicio. El propietario es muy desagradable, me obligo a hacer el check in precipitadamente y a pagarle mas de lo que le debíamos porque “no tenia cambio”. Literalmente nunca nadie me ha tratado tan mal ni a mi ni a mi compañera. No recomiendo la estancia a menos que no queráis tener ningún tipo de relación con el propietario de los bungalows. Sobretodo no le propongáis como taxista, nosotras le pedimos que nos dejara en la cuneta porque no podíamos soportar mas su manera de tratarnos y pedimos otro taxi.

Una bona estada a Bumbung Bungalows.

- La ubicació dels Bungalous és molt bona, ets molt a prop de warungs, botigues, supermercat i la platja. - L'habitació és gran, espaiosa i lluminosa. - Té aire condicionat - És un lloc tranquil i còmode - Tens la teva pròpia cuina i nevera. Separada de l'habitació.

- Els pufs de la terrassa estan bruts. - No hi ha armari, falta espai on deixar l'equipatge o la roba. - L'amfitrió és massa insistent en oferir-te els seus serveis (taxi, cotxe, etc.) Per nosaltres va ser una mica incòmode.

Excellent rapport localisation-qualité-prix

La localisation est bonne, à l'entrée d'Amed, (dans une ruelle, 5 bungalows dans un jardin fermé) tous services à proximité, mais nécessité de louer un scooter si vous voulez faire les différents spots (scooters de qualité proposé à la location, amenés sur place). Charmants Bungalows propres et spacieux, même si quelques éléments sont un peu vieillots (lunette des toilettes). Nuits calmes. Literie correcte. Douche chaude et avec pression (quantité limitée mais qui se renouvelle vite). Jardin calme, agréable et terrasse sympa, notamment avec poufs et possibilité de se faire une boisson chaude, ou fraîche (frigo). Bonbonne d'eau dans la cuisine. Excellente connexion wifi. Bonne climatisation. La dame qui entretient est très gentille, serviable et polie, (mais assez peu bilingue). Excellent rapport qualité-prix, voire imbattable, on ne peut que le conseiller.

L'hôte, tjrs affairé, se charge de l'accueil et passe si besoin pour régler les différents points avec les clients/son employee (ou utilise WhatsApp), reste tout de même sympathique et réglo, mais le plus pressant à qui ont ait eu à faire jusqu' ici pour nous fournir la panoplie la plus complète (et bien sûr commissionner) sur tout ce qui pourrait faire partie du séjour/voyage (scooter, matériel de plongée/snorkelling, laundry, taxi service ou tickets bateaux pour le départ...). On aurait aimé que le sable notamment dans la chambre soit nettoyé juste une fois par jour. Juste un drap pour deux pour la nuit, mais possibilité d'en avoir un autre sur demande. Idem papier toilette, redonné à la demande. Accès à la cuisine par l'extérieur sur un des deux bungalow loués, nécessite deux clés (deux portes) ou de laisser ouvert à l'arrière de la chambre, soit pas très fonctionnel, soit pas très secure, il faut choisir 😁... Une piscine serait sans doute un plus, l'accès aux belles plages étant un peu plus loin.

Super séjour, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps ! Les bungalows sont situés dans un petit jardin très calme. Ils sont spacieux et le lit grand et confortable. J'ai demandé une couverture additionnelle qui m'a tout de suite été apportée La petite cuisine est très pratique, et la terrasse très agréable. J'ai demandé une couverture additionnelle qui m'a tout de suite été apportée Il y a la clim, de l'eau chaude dans la douche, et de l'eau potable disponible en bidon de 20L pour le prix de 30 000 seulement L'emplacement est parfait : à 2min de la plage à pied, à 50m de la rue principale pleins de restaurants et cafés L'hôte est très réactif par message et propose également des services de taxis et location Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Комплекс из 4 коттеджей( один с прямым видом на вулкан, один видно только немного верхушку, два с видом на сад и стену вдалеке). Просторный! Хорошая терраса( есть стол, стулья, мягкие пуфы, гамак, сушилка, бамбуковые жалюзи). Между домиками много пространства. Есть место для багажа в комнате. Горячая вода всегда. Есть кухня ( отдельная дверь из комнаты на маленькую террасу, откуда дверь в оборудованную кухню). Газовая однокомфорочная плита, сковорода, небольшая кастрюля, немного тарелок, ложки и вилки, нож, полотенце, жидкость для мытья посуды, приличный холодильник. Много окон в комнате, светло. Есть прикроватный светильник. Юноша, который встречает, всегда готов помочь, доброжелательный. Кондиционер хорошо работает, бесшумный. Несмотря на все недостатки, я бы остановилась здесь на месяц. Но! Пляж превратился в одну большую помойку( даже у дорогих отелей), плюс повсеместно лодки рыбацкие. Некуда даже присесть чтобы полюбоваться закатом. Это не просто природный мусор, это мусор настоящей помойки, только на пляже.

Нужно провести генеральную уборку: грязные шторы, москитная сетка, пыль на кровати и в углах комнаты. Холодильник и кухня нуждаются в дополнительной уборке. Я забыла толстовку( причем на видном месте), и мне не сообщили об этом, я бы еще успела вернуться.
