The Fairways House

The hosts were quick at replying, all the time. Very accommodating. We ordered catering for our first night. The food was delicious! The house is wonderful, very private and comfortable. We had 4 children with us and there was plenty for them to do.

I only have 2 small comments for consideration. There are no shaving plug points in the bathrooms so couldn't charge our toothbrushes! Luckily someone had an adaptor on them. If installing the plugs isn't an option, I would suggest just mentioning somewhere on the booking details that an adaptor is needed (sorry if you already did and I missed it). 2nd point are the pool cues are completely blunt. There's no end pieces on them and just end up rubbing chalk on the wooden part of the cue. You can buy cue tips quite cheaply.

Fantastic place for city gateway, surrounded by trees you get the isolation feeling and only few steps away from local shops. The owners are amazing and couldn't be more helpful. The house was perfect - clean and big enough to play hide and seek :-). Overall fantastic stay and we will be back for sure.
