Linen Loft Apartments, Olympia Arcade, High Street, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1QF

It was very private

Directions and access instructions great. Place was clean enough to stay, quiet and warm. Beds and sofas comfy. Shops, restaurants and the beach on the doorstep. Internet worked really well. Lovely Beveridge park in walking distance.

Asked for beds to be a double and 2 singles but was 2 doubles. No reply to my message but there was some linen in cupboards so we fixed it. Just nowhere to put anything. Had to keep our clothes in the cases. Not enough work space when cooking dinner. Even the shower doesn't have anywhere to put toiletries. Hot water was erratic. Had to add kettles to the bath for the girls. Sloping ceilings (top floor) were a bit of a pain- literally at times. Floors need a scrub.

House comfy

Digital boiler, and internet is quite cumbersome for an old lady

It was beautifully clean and smelt lovely when we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and we'll equipped. It's a great location for exploring the local area.

The bathroom door doesn't shut fully. You had to make sure the people sharing the space knew when you were in there.
