Exactly what they say they are!

I loved the fireplace, the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were beautiful and the views were incredible. I came to relax and I left feeling extremely relaxed and rested.

I thought the food was ok but nothing spectacular. The room has an open window in the bathroom which means that mosquitos and scorpions can enter. So just be careful when entering the shower, as we had two scorpions visit us.

Magical place. Lovely staff. We'd definitely stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful. The guy who served us, Rodrigo was so lovely! He made our stay even more magical. The Temazcal ceremony and massages were lovely. There's a magic in Tepoztlan and the energy there was amazing. We met really lovely people while we stayed at Hotel Mistico.

The family room had 3 double beds in the picture, but in fact had 4, which actually was very awkward as the beds at the end weren't very comfortable! And the two middle beds were pushed together, so one of us couldn't have a bedside table, even when we moved them apart enough to get in and out! The room was great though, and lovely to have so much space! I think they need new mattresses on the beds in the family room. Also the dinner menu wasn't accurate and the food was sub-standard.

peacefull getaway

Being closer to nature, very peacefull place far away from city noises. Fabian was great with us. the temazcal was amazing.

Great retreat for couples willing to pay an extra for tranquility

Great service, very helpful and attentive. Excellent food and chef always willing to adapt to special requests. Great temazcal experience! Great communication during the stay via Whatsapp. Pets are welcome.

A bit pricy for the value. Photos of the rooms are nicer than reality.

You have your own room with outside area which was really nice. We brought our dog and the staff and owner were super nice and friendly with him. Would definitely stay again when brining our dog.

Value for money is a little bit off (a bit pricey). During the week there is no restaurant open at night so you need to order in advance (this was no problem for us, but you just need to be aware).

Esta horrible el camino por lo menos 10 minutos de terracería pero en muy malas condiciones para llegar , al igual que la habitación que me tocó para ingresar era una escalera de caracol alta y estrecha muy desagradable la habitación sin sacudír con mucho polvo, un concho que no se podía dormir de lo incómodo que era necesita mucho manténimiento desafortunadamente muy desagradable experiencia yo no lo recomiendo

Excelente el servicio, la atención de TODO el personal, el paisajismo del jardín, los servicios de masaje, los alimentos, la limpieza del cuarto, el esmero por apoyar en lo que se solicita, la paz que se respira y te hace desconectarte, etc.

El acceso al hotel está medio complicado pues es por un camino de terracería en no muy buen estado y muy estrecho, pero llegando al lugar te olvidas de eso.

El hotel es lindísimo aunque está algo complicado llegar pero porque está alejado del centro y eso hace que te desconectes. Considerar que hay que pasar por un camino medio complicado pero el hotel es lindísimo y rodeado de naturaleza.

Una buena opción para desconectarse

El lugar es lindo, el ambiente es agradable, las instalaciones bien conservadas.

No me gustaron las escaleras de caracol para subir a la habitación, la albeca bien podría por lo menos tener paneles solares porque estaba súper fría y el jacuzzi super caliente, difícil de disfrutar. Entre precio y calidad creo que queda debiendo un poco.

Außergewöhnliche und magische Unterkunft zum Abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen! Tolle Anlage und Zimmer zum Träumen, Lesen, Schwimmen und Entspannen. Man fühlt sich mit sich selbst und der Natur verbunden. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und sehr sympathische Besitzer. Leckeres Essen und auch die Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Un espace pour un repos total et ressourçant, le personnel attentif et très agréable, des expériences revitalisantes ! Un très bel endroit pour prendre soin de soi, s'offrir un massage, vivre un temazcal de qualité, sans avoir à se déplacer.

Le chemin pour accéder au lieu est compliqué mais on y arrive, mieux vaut prévoir un véhicule adapté.
