AC stopped cooling midnight and started making an awful noise all night and the restaurant, the food was not tasty at all, and they messed up the food order and still charged us for the most expensive item even though they did not bring it up to the room at all

In general it is good, I not had the opportunity to use the facilities beyond of the room, I picket it by the location I was out all the day during my stay, I could say I just used to sleep.

Facilities, broken tiles, old and rusty bathroom accessories the room was with a musty smell, in general the hotel is good if you're planning just to stay and go around, if your idea is just be laying on the pool and stay all day probably you could find better options for the same price.

They wanted an outrageous amount to upgrade to a better room even though they weren't busy they would not accommodate me and the jacuzzi was lukewarm not hot. Very disappointing

Overall pleasant.

Everything was fantastic. I went there with my family, and my mum wears a wheelchair; she never goes out on a trip because she usually struggles too much. Most of her experiences were traumatic, but this hotel and its staff were so friendly and helpful that it was a pleasant experience for the whole family. I can’t thank enough all of the staff and especially Jorge, who went above and beyond to make of our experience a perfect one.

The receptionist, Karina, wasn’t as helpful as everyone else. She didn’t seem happy and looked upset about having to help. I think she needs a refresher on customer service. I also would like to point out that I asked for a Frappuccino in the Restaurant, and it was horrendous.

The location and the staff was friendly.

The Air Conditioning did not work on my first day but it was addressed immediately. At times it would make noises. My key deactivated three times that was very inconvenient.
