Not worth the money, but whatever, needed a place to sleep after a wedding.

Good location

Price is plus taxes and you need to pay half in advance. In place, they don't accept AMEX. The pool is not nice, the rooms smell weird.

The attention given, even before checking-in. They were very kind and kept our privacy. There was Netflix. :)

Pésima experiencia.

Está en un lugar muy feo e inseguro, la colonia es horrible, calles muy caóticas, policías acechando a los foráneos para sacarles dinero, no ponen papel sanitario en el baño de las habitaciones. En lugar de llave, para cada habitación hay un código el cual coincide con el número de habitación así que cualquier huésped que sepa esto puede entrar a cualquier cuarto. El aire acondicionado no sirve. La habitación es extremadamente sencilla y no vale el precio que cobran. La alberca es súper pequeña y sucia. En la recepción nunca hay nadie, no te solucionan nada, no hay con quien quejarte. Si llegas un poco tarde, el hotel está cerrado y no tienen a un portero, te dejan 15 o 20 minutos afuera tocando el timbre esperando a que alguien te abra por el Interfon. El estacionamiento es muy reducido.

Había basura de hojas e insectos muertos en la alberca, llegamos el viernes y para el domingo que nos metimos a la alberca, continuaba igual. Sería importante un poco más de limpieza en ese sentido

Hablé un día antes para confirmar mi reservación de que todo estaba bien como había carnaval hablé que llegaba en la noche cuando llegue no respetaron mi reservación me querían mandar a otro hotel que estaba a 10 min me tuve que quedar en la habitación de un amigo

el espacio y el interior del hotel, restaurante y jardín

no es fácil de ubicar, no hay letrero en la parte de la fachada, mejorar la distribución y marcar los cajones de estacionamiento para que dejen libre el paso y llegada de los autos
