a lovely stay everything went smoothly. i found the food in the restaurant particularly good and well priced. well situated in cuernavaca in a quiet and flowery area. the highlight of my stay was the swimming pool which was delighfully warm.

The Staff was great.

The room and furniture had a very moldy odor. Once I arrived to the room I could smell it. I unpacked and put my clothes in the closet and all my clothes caught the smell. It was disappointing, also my bathroom shower door was not working properly

Una estafa!!

Me vieron la cara desde que llegue. La alberca estaba fria y me dijeron qie ya estaban arreglando la caldera... al otro dia a las 10 de la mañana me dijeron que ya estaba solucionado... y eran las 3 de la tarde y seguia fria el agua... luego me dijeron que lo estaban resolviendo y que en un par de horas quedaba. Y dieron las 9 de la noche y nada.... y hoy...el agua sigue fria. Se excusan diciendo que esta a temperatura ambiente pero... yo elegi este hotel por que segun tenia la alberca climatizada. Al final todos se hechan la bolita y nadie resuelve. Y lo peor... es que se la pasan mintiendo.

Las habitaciones son viejas. Nunca las han renovado. Tienen contactos electricos en lugares nada comodos. Una lampara no funciona bien. Los amenites son super chiquitos. LAS ALMOHADAS SON HORRIBLES.... HORRIBLES.... HORRIBLES. El agua de la regadera sale por lapsos y es un relajo templarla. Su bufet cuesta 400 pesos. Te hacen firmar a la entrada el no consumo de alimentos que no fueran del hotel (quien se creen para decirme que comer y que beber?) . Solo tienen 10 camastros para todos los huespedes. La alberca no es grande. Las llaves de la regadera abren al reves. Los colchones son duros durosY ni se atrevan a decirme que van a tomar en cuenta los comemtarios los administradores del hotel.... por que no fui el unico que se quejo... no que se ha quejado de lo mismo.

Desde que llegamos las albercas no tenían el Agua tan caliente y ya habíamos ido una vez antes y el domingo el agua del chapoteadero estuvo helada y las personas nos dijeron a las 10 que hace 2 horas habían prendido la caldera , es una lástima por qué nosotros buscamos el agua caliente por mi niña

Doble cobro habitación

La ubicación

Me hicieron doble cobro de la habitación. A través de Booking. Llegando al hotel, en recepción, la señorita no verificó ese tema. Me dijo que no se había hecho el cargo, a pesar que le pregunté y me volvió a cobrar. Hicieron la cancelación de ese cobro unos minutos después. Peor aún no recibo mi reembolso. Echan largas. Que según era inmediato, luego que tardaría unas horas, luego que hoy... Me sugirieron pelear en el banco. Uno va a descansar, no a pelearse con los bancos. No ofrecen solución. El día de hoy la gerente ya no contestó mis mensajes.

El hotel es muy bonito, lo hace relajarse y estar tranquilo. El desayuno muy rico y bien presentado. Pero sobre todo la atención grata y profesional de todas y todos los empleados.

Las almohadas estuvieron algo duras y grandes y no había opciones de otras más delgadas o menos duras.
