Good location, Good Facilities, Clean Room, Friendly Staff, Good price/value, I would stay again. Pool was OK and service was good. No noise in the other rooms.

Noisy Saloon right next to the pool. Bathroom window is too low, you can see from outside. Restaurant buffet was costly. Parking functionality is not automatic; you need to call a guy to open the doors and so...

Nice and relaxing hotel, alone or for families

The hotel has a good location for my interests. I most enjoyed the large and very well kept gardens. All food and drink can be served there, or inside. The buildings and appliances are very good quality, so are the pools. Even the pool loungers are comfortable. There was some nice Santa decoration outside, and a beautiful traditional Crib and Christmas tree in the Reception area. Fruit platter was very nice every morning.

Crossing the street on foot can be dangerous. No safe footwalk towards the nearest (very good level) supermarket. Food: I did not much enjoy the vegetarian ciabatta, too soggy. Breakfast eggs were only lukewarm, chilaquiles also soggy.

The hotel is really nice, with a traditional and family mood, facilites and people are so glad, the breakfast si really good, we really enjoyed our stay!!

I'm not sure, maybe hotel localization si a little bit far from downtown, but it was ok for us.

Nice common areas but loud

Really nice pool and breakfast areas. breakfast is self was delicious!

The room was quite loud mainly due to traffic on the street, which was quite busy. We also had a room above the garage door and kept waking up at night as it was opened and shut. We didn’t find the staff to be very service minded. Any requests (like ordering snacks from the menu) were met with a sigh and quite a long waiting time.

Nice hotel where I would be ok returning for another stsy

The Pool and interior courtyard were beautiful. The staff was attentive and polite.

The shower had decent water pressure and temperature but the shower head was just a cover for water shooting out a pipe.

Regresaría sin duda

Las instalaciones son muy amenas y permiten realizar las actividades familiares sin problema, el personal muy amable…sin duda regresaría.

Lo único que recomendaría es habilitar un espacio para poder trabajar por algunos espacios en mi estancia…no existe un área ejecutiva para trabajo remoto.
