we had a pleasant stay with friends and family, would return again

Staff is very friendly and helpful. onsite restaurant service was good. everything was clean and well maintained.

hotel entrance is located literally off a major highway making it easy to miss and requiring exiting and doubling back thru unfamiliar streets to return to the highway entrance. facility is mostly handicap accessible with elevators and ramps. access could be better around the pool area with better planning for guests with scooters or wheelchairs, the wheels to my scooter got stuck in the path to the pool patio

Location

Hygiene is not good at this hotel . Bed sheets were dirty , I got event biten by some insect ( bedbugs ) , towels dirty and bad room dirty . Facilities are old and scream for a renovation . Restaurant is overpriced and service bad and slow . Food was fairly ok .

The doors in the bathrooms open inside. The showers and the water system in it is old and take sometime to get hot water, waste water.

Nice hotel for a relaxing weekend, would recommend you have a car or be willing to take a taxi

Breakfast buffet was nice (but you have to pay extra for it), there are 2 pools, one is pet friendly (they could have been warmer). The room was nice with a very comfy bed.

The noise isolation is pretty bad, we could very clearly hear the conversation on the room next door. There is nothing nearby that you can walk to because it's off the highway.

But compare to other hotel at cuernavaca it is good.

The staff.

1) less option for juice ice cream and food available at restaurant. 2) pool area not maintained. 3) jacuzzi is not having sufficient temperature water. It is too cool. 4) Room service not proper if your shampoo and shower jel finish you have to inform then only they will top up. 5) if room with bath tub. No area of escape of water if water come out of bath tub by mistake. 6) tap to switch between tub and shower not working.

no free breakfast, only limited ice containers. too many mosquitos during the restaurant time. made a complain and employees couldn’t resolve the issue. nobody helped with my luggage’s on my first day. the lunch was horrible… waiting room had no AC. And also inside the restaurant… we paid for breakfast and the juice wasn’t even cold. it was hot!

Fiesta inn had a very nice pool area, it was generally clean, and what we needed for the stay

Breakfast wasn’t included and it felt pricey for what it was. The location was not accessible by walking at all so we had to take an Uber to get anywhere else. Also because booking has inconsistencies on the prices and whether they include taxes it was a bit of a surprise when we got there.

comfortable room with all the necessary amenities including ironing boards. great buffet service and pool area. great service and attention by the staff

hard to get out of the hotel. connection between buildings is like a maze, unclear signs for the exit or stairs to exit the hotel without using elevators. remote location only accessible by car. I came here just cause it was for a wedding but I usually prefer more unique and local hotel experiences rather than characterless chains.

It look like a blood stain in the shower curtain. If it is blood it is just nasty!!!! If it was not blood, they should be able to get a new shower curtain for how much Mexican pesos we are paying!!!
