Great place for a nice and relaxing staycation!

We loved the heated pool and the clean and comfortable rooms.

They really need to improve the WiFi. It was very bad, and it even seemed to affect the room keys, so we had a hard time getting the door open. This was the only issue we had with the hotel. Everything else was perfect.

Excelent place for a bad weather weekend.

The best for my family and me was the heated pool. The room was pretty good and the option of having Netflix in the room was a plus for my kids specially. The service we received was excellent, specially from Domingo Rios y Victoria.

A very good option to stay in Cuernavaca

The location of the hotel was excellent and it felt very comfortable and family oriented. The staff was friendly and the facilities were in good condition. I would stay again.

I was given a free upgraded room due to Noise at midnight during our first night of stay. I also liked the security and friendliness of all the staff. A good buffet breakfast. The weather was good as well.

Although the free upgraded room was good, I think that it is hard to believe the matress at room 705 was very old. One of the beds support was broken! and the confort of the matress is comparable to small budget friendly posadas that cost $400 peso per night. The hotel MUST prioritize and INVEST IN NEW MATRESSESS!

It was nice and quiet. Location was ten mins from most major things. Very clean! Breakfast was great.

The beds are very firm and were not comfortable for us, it needs some updates, and room service was not the best experience. We ordered a pizza and it was definitely a frozen pizza not done all the way.

our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is really awesome. we were chilling there in the late evenings and it was super cool. it is a nice place to stay and we got probably the best deal in the city in terms of price/quality for our last-minute booking!

we had an issue with the door lock twice during our stay. the door did not respond, so we had to go to the lobby, and the receptionist did something with the key cards.

We loved the heated pool. Enjoyed the restaurant and staff. Very good marks except for the LOUD LOUD music around the pool. Can't say it enough. It was NOT pleasant.

Pleasant enough but on the whole very disappointing due to the loud loud loud music poolside.

We liked the restaurant and the staff in general. Breakfasts were buffet style or from a menu. The food was quite good. The 2 pools were very nice looking and warm. This is a family oriented property so lots of boisterous young kids playing in the 2 pools on the weekend. VERY noisy. So far as we could tell only 1 staff member spoke english although others did try to help us negotiate in the little spanish we have with mixed success. We did meet the owner, Senora Laura who was absolutely delightful. She alone would be enough to make you return.

We did NOT like the music in the pool areas played full blast all day and into the evening. We came here to relax by the pool not to dance to VERY loud music around the pool. One speaker was directly outside our room which made having a nice siesta IMPOSSIBLE. We asked repeatedly for the music to be lowered. Once it was lowered only to be turned up again the next day. VERY disappointing. We were there over a weekend. The pools were crowded with young kids mostly screeching with delight as they played in the pool. While we cannot fault kids for that, on top of the loud music it was another annoyance when trying to relax.

Shower has very little pressure. The shower door has a gap and the water came out to the floor inundating it Only 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. We asked for more towels at the reception but no one brought it.

The restaurant area was nice, breakfast bouffet was very good, staff were friendly.

At our arrival we asked the front t desk for an Iron as we were attending a wedding close to the hotel, we never got the Iron and it was too late to keep calling the front the dest. Luckily I took a shower that night but the day after no one could take a shower as the water was clogged up and huge pile of water in the shower.
