Room was spacious, unique, comfortable, and clean. Grounds were really nice. Beautiful scenery.

Hotel restaurant not good. Coffee was very bad. WiFi was virtually non-existent in room. Terrible.

Quiet grounds, friendly staff, huge comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Great massage offered on site.

Restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, which was rather inconvenient. A bit of a walk up and down hill to get to the center, considering the heat.

Pool and Pool área should be cleaner. jacuzzi should be open (owner stated covid but other hotels are open). more vegan/vegetarian options (especially for breakfast). patio furniture was worn out and needed repair.

Está muy bonito, amplio, ubicación un poco retirado de avenida Tepoztlán pero si caminas es muy cómodo además por la noche no hay ruido.

Este hotel es une paraíso tropical !! Personal atento y muy simpático, boutique hotel con un jardin impeccable, mucho espacio dentro de la habitación y el desayuno tenía una grande diversidad de platos y frutas!! Tuvimos la suerte de quedarnos durante una temporada baja así que había pocos clientes y tuvimos el hotel casi para nosotros!

Todo estuvo bien de manera general!!! La corriente se fue un par de veces pero no es culpa del hotel y no nos molestó tampoco porque no duró tanto (tal vez invertir en un generador de electricidad en un futuro). Por lo que concierne a la gente que se queda en la planta baja, recomendamos que pongan protecciones baja las puertas para impedir que los pequeños insectos entren.

El desayuno delicioso y abundante, el servicio increíble. El lugar muy bonito, superó nuestras expectativas. Mejor aún que nos dieron mejor precio que el este sitio web nos daba.

Que la puerta del WC fuera más resistente y con mejor privacidad. Y que hubiera una puerta para la regadera y el lavabo.
