Perfect for relax, cousi, clean and well maintained

It did not had where to eat, you did have to go to the town to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Besides that, relly good

The staff & ambience was amazing! My family went for the holidays & the staff / hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home. On our way out it was raining & Aldo gave us a personal ride to make sure we made it to our bus on time 💜🙏🏽 thank you so much mocca hotel for a delightful few days in Tepoztlan.

The staff was corteous and helpful and the garden was nice because it has cute trees

There is false advertising in the page. The photos are deceitful: the room was very small, you don't have privacy in the shower, the swimming pool has a size good for children, there is an extra charge for a terrace stating that you have a view to the Tepozteco and this isn't true. At the price they charged I could have easily gone to another hotel for two nights with more amenities. I feel cheated

Stay was exceptional, a great weekend to relax and enjoy Tepoztlan. All staff was super helpful and specially Janet from the spa service was great!

Wonderful small hotel

Good bedding, very clean. Breakfast was good. Nice walk to town. Beware though that due to the cobble stones and the slight hill, you need good walking shoes - no heals in Tepozlan.

A bit of noise from the Hiway behind the property, but the plus was there was no noise from people talking or partying as we were a couple of blocks from the main street.

The bed was super comfortable! We also enjoyed the decor, shower, little pool, and gardens.

You can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. So you’re not even allowed to talk at a normal volume on your balcony after 10pm. We got yelled at for doing so at 8pm.

Mocca es ideal para pasar un fin de semana

Mocca es un hotel muy bonito. Es cómodo e ideal para descansar. El personal del hotel es sumamente amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Las habitaciones están de buen tamaño y tienen camas muy cómodas. También tienen servicio de spa al que fui con mi pareja y las masajistas son excelentes. Me quedo con una muy buena experiencia.
