The property is a small oasis of peace and luxury on walking distance to the center of Tepoztlan. Top quality furniture and materials used. Staff is super friendly, knowledgable and professional.

The restaurants were awesome!

The hotel rooms, pool and spa were not well maintained. The pool temperature was a little cold. The garden specially at the pool was missing maintenance. The SPA was probably the worst I have visited ever.

Absolutely must stay!

First of all the stuff!! 10000 out of 10! So caring, they helped us so much with different things like finding vegan food, accommodating cooking vegan for us, getting papaya from the city and the other things. Second is Absolutely stunning surroundings, rooms are spacious, very well designed spaces. Lighting, floors, all details were so very well put together. Spa is above and beyond. Highly suggest to get a tamazcalli package, truly relaxing in a beautiful space.

Serenity in Tepotzlan

Beautiful grounds. Wonderful and helpful staff. Quiet and clean. Hidden swimming pool in a secret garden. Delicious restaurant. Definitely worth the splurge and would return!

Superb

The room was beautiful and peaceful with mountain view, flowers and hummingbirds outside of the window. Huge, comfortable bed and bedding. I enjoyed the spa and little pool too. Overall a great place to unwind.

I hadn't been told what was included in the free breakfast (only fruit, pastry and coffee) which was delicious but limited. I don't drink coffee and there was no black tea available. The location is nice and quiet, 10 minutes walk from centre but be aware if you're walking, it's at the bottom of a very steep hill.

Excellent hotel that really helps you to relax, we will definitely back.

The property is so beautiful and well-maintained, and they make your experience special by reaching out before your stay to greet you and make you feel recognized. The pool, spa and restaurant all have very relaxing vibes and you can spend the whole day enjoying the peace and serenity of the place. the aromatherapy presentation on arrival is another great touch!

Our room could have been cleaner, there was a lot of dust under and behind the bed. Really just the places where you don’t normally look weren’t clean so it wasn’t too bad.

beautiful hotel, check in and parking can be improved

the massage and temazcal experiences were splendid. the food was delicious and the hotel in general is really nice.

the check in was messy and slow, when you come tired from a trip this is a killer. we also waited really long to get our car as there was nobody in the parking lot which made us feel unsafe since we had the car fully packed.

Beautiful hotel & views right in the center of Tepoz

We really loved the location of the hotel, very centrally located and the parking on-site was a plus :) The pool, garden, and views of the mountains from the hotel and our room were incredible. Beautiful design, gorgeous room & balcony, nice restaurant with AMAZING breakfast pastries included in the price of the room. And, it was a nice touch to ask what type of scent we preferred upon check-in and use that throughout our stay & in our room.

Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work in our room when we were there. The staff was really nice about it but due to that we had to shower in the spa which wasn't ideal and a 5 minute walk from our room. The breakfast was delicious but the service was a little slow and the staff seemed to be talking or helping the paying guests over the hotel guests. Lastly, the wifi didn't work in our room at all so therefore the TV didn't work either because it couldn't connect to anything.

beautiful property and room. everything was perfect and curated, luckily to my liking. wonderful statues and water features everywhere.

there is nothing I didn’t like about the property. the town is a short uphill walk but nothing to strenuous.

Hotel staff are very helpful, however it would be advisable that they are instructed about some details in the restaurant and spa.

Exceptional

The entire hotel is beautifully designed with exceptional care for detail. The simple luxury allows you to soak up the beauty of the landscape. It exceeded my expectations on every level. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in in Tepoztlan and by far the best. I look forward to returning.

I really enjoyed my stay. I wasn't expecting this level of comfort and service. I honestly congratulate all. I wanted to escape from city and this was the perfect hotel for me! Im def coming back. You can tell owners and workers put all their heart in this property.

Wonderful service and a beautiful hotel

Everything was perfect. The service in particular was above and beyond - arranging transport, COVID tests etc. The facilities are very impressive including comfortable, modern rooms, a wonderful spa and temazcal (a must!), a fine restaurant, and amazing gardens & pool with a view of the mountains. It was a holiday weekend so the traffic was insane - go in the week if you can.

I would have liked to have stayed longer.

lovely property, wonderful staff

gorgeous hotel - we stayed years ago and it’s just as lovely, with a new spa added on. the staff in the restaurant and the therapists at the spa were incredibly kind.

the rooms should be soundproofed, or they could provide white noise machines - otherwise the “neighborhood alarm” of “barking dog versus rooster” is a surefire way to get you out of bed at dawn - which is a bummer because the breakfast doesn’t start until 9.

We had a great time!

The place is beautiful and very relaxing. the first room we got had some bad smell in the bathroom so we asked to switch and everything went smooth, the room was so big and comfortable, amazing views to the Tepozteco. The pool area is specially amazing, the music is on point and adds to the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and nice.
