Cute hotel with room for improvement

The view of the rooftop area, too bad that we were not able to enjoy it at night. That area closed to early at 9pm.

The room felt too hot, they provided a floor fan but it was not sufficient to cool. The bathroom is too tight. The front desk staff is not friendly, they purposefully misrepresenting the schedule of the rooftop area for their own convenience. They said it closed at 9:00 pm but posted signage indicated 10:00 pm. Breakfast starts too late at 8:30am, however the staff in that area is very friendly.

Small central boutique hotel - amazing views and staff.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views right in the middle of town. The decor and ambiance all feel quite special and breakfast on the roof was very special: amazing food and 360 views of mountains. The hotel has art on every wall which is interesting and stunning. The garden and swimming pool felt very special - an oasis so to speak. Our window had the most stunning mountain view and two small balconies with large opening doors/windows. Our breakfast was delicious - lots of choice and made to order in front of us: on the roof of course But above all the staff are most kind, helpful, proactive and on top of things - super customer service at all times. For example we arrived early and they took our bags and let us park our car all early. The brought drinks to the garden. They brought our bags to our room without even asking. I could go on! We didn't realise until we paid the bill that breakfast was included - wow even better value.

They did have car parking in the lot opposite the hotel - perhaps knowing this in advance might have been helpful. Like many hotels in the mountains AC is not 100% essential. We had a mobile cooler unit but not quite sufficient to cool us. We should have left the windows open but feared mozzies (which never came).

Stunning hotel with unbeatable views from the room balconies and the rooftop. We spent a whole afternoon just sitting on the roof terrace and taking it all in! Rooms were modern and nicely decorated and the staff were so lovely and attentive, they really went above and beyond for us.

Everything was great! Only small thing I can think of - because the staff have to let you in and out of the front gates each time you leave/enter, I felt a bit guilty when we had to keep asking them to let us in/out many times. But this was really more an inconvenience for them rather than us.

Extremely overpriced for what it is.

Location and clean

It’s so overpriced for what it is. The room is super small, also the toilet and it’s so uncomfortable. Should have used the terrace area for the room… plus it says it has a view and it doesn’t at all. The pool is so tiny and our room was super noisy. They have a “spa” area which is also super small and massages are also way overpriced and not good at all.

El servicio del staff fue muy bueno, fueron muy atentos en todo momento. La habitación estaba tal cual las fotos, limpia y bonita, y la vista era lo mejor.

No hay algo como tal que no nos gustara, quizás que para llegar caminando era necesario tomar una subida un poco inclinada.

Increíble lugar para pasar un fin de semana

La ubicación del lugar es excelente todo está cerca puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés de Tepoztlán, cuentan con estacionamiento, wifi, alberca muy limpios y el personal súper accesible y atento además el lugar cuenta con una vista increíble del tepozteco

La entrada al lugar es algo alta por lo que si llegas en auto chaparro puede llegar a rozar el auto, en la noche se llega a oir un poco de ruido de las habitaciones de alado

El trato del chico que nos recibió … nos corrio d runa manera no agradable y además olvide una pulsera y me dijo que si no regresaba antes de la 1 pm no habría nadie más que me la entregara … muy pelado. Preferí decirle que la regalara antes de hacer lo que él quería .

Unn alojamiento muy acogedor, cómodo, y muy bien decorado. Nos ofrecieron una mejor habitación por el mismo precio. El personal muy amable, fue lo destacable de la estancia, los masajes muy buenos. Estuvo muy bien y cumplió con las expectativas.

Hotel bonito con falta de comodidades

En general el hotel está muy nuevo, limpio y bonito, el personal es muy amable.

En Tepoztlán hace demasiado calor y los cuartos no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que mueve el mismo aire caliente, el baño no tiene ventilación, por lo que se hace un vapor adentro. Íbamos a una boda y por practicidad, decidimos desayunar en el hotel, pero solo hay 1 cocinera y 1 mesera para todos, nuestro desayuno tardó 50 min en llegar y sólo éramos 4 mesas, los waffles eran congelados y venían fríos y para lo que se nos sirvió, me pareció carísimo, pues fue un desayuno de lo más sencillo, al día siguiente fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar mucho más rico, con desayunos frescos y nos salió en lo mismo, creo que si van a ofrecer ese servicio, debería haber más gente cocinando y atendiendo y sus precios tendrían que ser más bajos para las porciones y tipo de desayunos que se sirven.

El servicio, las instalaciones muy cómodas y con buen gusto, un lugar súper tranquilo, todo el personal súper atento, además de tener una increíble vista.

Creo que deberían de considerar poner aire acondicionado, si bien cada habitación tiene su ventilador de torre, por el calor en esta época del año no es suficiente

La ubicación, la habitación en general, la limpieza, su servicio de masaje. El chico que se queda a cargo en la noche súper amable y servicial.

Que el ruido no está para nada aislado y escuchas todo lo de los vecinos. Puedes escuchar desde cuando se bañan hasta cuando entran al baño. Además de me parece que hay una bomba de agua o algo que empiece hacer sonido desde las siete de la mañana. Estacionamiento insuficiente.

El trato del personal

La entrada al estacionamiento esta muy mal y daño mi carro. La recepción y habitaciones son mucho pero mucho más pequeñas de lo que se aprecia en fotografías. Las habitaciones son incómodas pues no hay espacio para nada, el agua del lavamanos salpica por todos lados al abrir las llaves y deja todo manchado el piso. El wifi es PÉSIMO, la zona de la alberca es muy incómoda.

L'accueil chaleureux alors que nous sommes arrivés très tard! La possibilité de se garer dans l'hôtel ou de laisser la voiture juste devant pour profiter de la dernière journée. La chambre confortable La proximité du centre (attention à la côte!)

La chambre un peu petite pour le tarif Le quartier peut être bruyant : c'était la fête d'une église à côté, avec pétards et fanfare au réveil !

Es un lugar muy pequeñito y cálido, todo está muy lindo y es muy limpio todo. Está muy cerca del centro

La alberca es muy pequeña y como fui en diciembre estaba fría el agua porque se calienta con paneles solares entonces en tiempo de frío no calienta mucho. Si el agua estuviera caliente sería Perfecto
