    The music at the pool is SO loud that we couldn't relax during day and take a nap. It is CRAZY its not a night club The continental breakfast is yoghurt with some pieces of fruit and 2 small sad pieces of bread. This is definitely not normal breakfast At night Saturday it was not possible to sleep because there were parties or wedding nearby it was hell so the location that we liked we disliked eventually

    Very centric, walking distance to almost everything
    It was close to everything and the hotel is nice, the room is spacious and comfortable. Plus the staff is very nice and accommodating.
    When I went they were doing some renovations on the rooms next to mine and it would get very loud and uncomfortable, they’d start early so they’d wake me up, also the workers kept mistaking the rooms and tried to go in mine several times so that’d either wake me up or scare me as I was staying alone. I’m aware this is an isolated incident as they’re not always doing construction but that’s the only downside of my stay.

    The Bottom Line: The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the center and the market. The building is
    ⭐ 3.5 stars We weren’t able to stay at our usual hotel in Tepoztlán, so we decided to try something new. Hotel Palacio del Cobre looked promising—close to town, well-reviewed, and with attractive photos. Overall, it was a decent experience, though there’s definitely room for improvement. The Good: Service was friendly and efficient from the start. Our third-floor room was spacious, clean, and had a charming view—definitely worth the stairs if you’re able to manage them, since there’s currently no elevator. The bathroom was also clean and functional.
    Room for Improvement: Unfortunately, hot water was almost non-existent on our floor. It took nearly 5 minutes to turn lukewarm, and the water pressure was just a sad trickle. For a hotel aspiring to a higher tier, this really needs fixing—a small investment in a water pressurizer could go a long way. The pool, while unheated, was refreshing on a hot day. But there was loud music playing nonstop all afternoon—even at breakfast. It detracted from the peaceful surroundings and stunning views. A little more quiet would truly elevate the experience. Breakfast itself was minimal: fruit and toast or juice—not both. They do offer à la carte options, but if you’re hungry, you’re probably better off eating elsewhere in town.
