Small, gorgeous, quaint hotel! perfect to relax, with a lovely staff!

The hotel is small but really quaint, beautiful and comfortable. The swimming pool which was the main feature we were looking forward too, was comfortable and warm and amazing. The rooms were small but comfortable and cozy. The place itself is beautiful, and calm, you get to relax exceptionally well, and it wasn’t expensive. It includes a very simple breakfast of fruit, yogurt, a pastry and coffee or tea, but you can request a sandwich, eggs, juice etc at an additional cost that is excellent value. They can also prepare snacks and other food throughout the day! Which was great for the middle of swimming. The staff is attentive and absolutely lovely, ready to accommodate and make sure you have a great stay! The owner is welcoming and really pleasant and everyone is nice! loved our stay, will be staying here again in the future!

The beds are a bit small, and the pillows a bit flat.

Great hotel close to everything .

Service service service, the host and the crew were awesome , very responsive and caring about our needs. room was little small but very comfortable. breakfast was good despite it is a light breakfast and due to COVID the restaurant is currently closed, but the personnel make sure to bring your breakfast at specific time directly to your room door. good job .

I would say nothing, all is good in this little hotel, just make sure to be in shape because you have to walk like 3 steep blocks before you get to the main Avenue

Excellent service and facilities

The room is huge and it has a big window that let the sun light gets in. The bed is very comfortable and soft. The bedroom also has a big couch that is really comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious and clean. I love the service. They took our breakfast to our room and it was delicious!!

Everything was nice. The parking is small and if the hotel is full you need to leave your car's keys to the host.

El desayuno espléndido, el lugar muy agradable, el personal muy amable y atento, el servicio muy eficiente.

La regadera en la habitación que ocupamos debería ser mejor, la cama matrimonial muy estrecha para una pareja, el suministro de agua caliente irregular (tarda en llegar y no se mantiene con la misma temperatura)

La limpieza de la habitación muy buena, con excepción la llave del lavabo y la "cebolla" de la regadera ya que ambos los tuve que desarmar en la noche para utilizarlos ya que estaban muy sucios y por eso casi no salía agua. La cama confortable. Aceptaron recibirnos a las 12:00 hs.

Muy alto precio (casi 150 USD) por la calidad del servicio recibido. La recepción fue: no aceptamos American Express. La atención del encargado poco receptiva y proactiva; más bien retadota y siempre acompañado de otros empleados como para intimidar. La habitación no tiene ventilación e iluminación natural suficiente, solo una tronera de 15x30 cms en el baño y unos blocks de vidrio en la habitación. Se siente totalmente encerrado. Es raro que les hayan dado permiso de construir las habitaciones de esa forma. Mi esposa tuvo que estar saliendo al pasillo para maquillarse por la falta de iluminación. La solución que dio el gerente fue cambiarnos a otra habitación pagando la diferencia. Esto parece truco. Quizás no hay internet, al menos no lo ofrecieron.

El hotel superó mis expectativas! La atención d todo el personal es excelente, el agua del hidromasaje súper deliciosa, calientita. Habitación limpia, amplia, un poco fría pero t prestan una cobija y listo! Desayuno rico y bien servido. Cuenta con estacionamiento Sin duda volveré a reservar ahí! Gracias por hacer súper agradable mi estancia! Se los recomiendo al 100!!

Experiencia más bien desagradable, de estilo pretencioso, poco funcional y mal servicio

El único plus: un balcón bonito con vista a la montaña mágica de Teoztlan.

Casi todo lo demás: un espacio mal diseñado y operado, de gusto pretencioso y muy poca funcionalidad. Sigue en construcción y se nota, lamentablemente. El cuarto grande, pero de muy poca idea de armonía estética y funcionalidad (falta de detalles mínimos como mesita, vasitos, ganchos etc). No se proporcionó nunca clave de internet. El desayuno supuestamente incluido solo es fruta, pan y café, todo lo demás se paga. Para colmo: incluso la vista preciosa se irrumpe por una construcción fea de ladrillo en el mismo predio. No corresponde al precio que se pide (además en efectivo), y para quien busca placer y relax, pues no se recomienda la estancia.
