Que hace falta el restaurante al menos para desayunar o que vendan algo básico para comer y siento que el área de comedor está desperdiciada porque no cumple su función

Es un hotel súper cómodo, tanto en cuanto a ubicación, como en instalaciones, súper limpio, las sabanas son muy suavecitas, el cuarto es fresco, la vdd salí fascinada, el personal es de lo más amable que existe, super atentos.

Descanso, ámalo iludas y total calidez.

Me encanto la vista, la habitación, la limpieza, la calidez del personal, el jacuzzi, la ritualista de temazcal y la masajista, fuimos totalmente de descanso y todo fluyó, la pasamos fabuloso, en completa tranquilidad y disfrute.

Falló un poquito la señal de la tele y en una ocasión la regadera, pero todo se solucionó y la atención fue inmediata. Me gustaría que tuvieran restaurante.

La habitación es muy cómoda, me gustó que en la recepción te dan unas toallas para la alberca, independientes a las de la habitación, nos recibieron antes de las 3 y eso fue muy bueno, porque así pudimos ir a dejar nuestro equipaje

Lindo lugar.

El personal es muy amable y el lugar es bonito.

Sé que no es culpa del hotel o de la gente que ahí trabaja, pero hubo una pareja que en su habitación peleó, gritó, aventó cosas, hizo mucho ruido y robó la paz de las personas que nos quedamos en el mismo edificio. Su pelea inicio a las 22: 30 y terminó a la 01:30 aproximadamente. El agua de la alberca es extremadamente fría.

La ubicación y el aseo.

No hay teléfono en las habitaciones (estuve en dos), el aire acondicionado no funciona, la alberca no está climatizada, el sauna no funciona, el restaurante solo funciona en fin de semana y es solo para un desayuno, las toallas son viejas y hay un enorme descuido de detalles en las habitaciones.

LA TRANQUILIDAD, EL LUGAR, LAS ATENCIONES DE DON PEDRO Y ABRAHAM, MUY BIEN, LA MUJER QUE ATIENDE Y LOS DEL ASEO, UNA CALAMIDAD, IRRESPONSABLES Y MÁS EL CHICO QUE HACE ASEO….DIA Y MEDIO SIN TV POR FALTA DE WI-FI, HASTA LAS 8 ENCENDIERON AYER LA LUZ DEL HIDROMASAJE, EL AGUA TIBIA, EN FIN….

Apenas aceptable

Lo bueno que tiene es la ubicación, y el personal es súper amable, eso sí.

Varias cosas, se me hace demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, una cafetera en la habitación con sobrecitos de café instantáneo (nescafé) en lugar de café real, muy poco espacio alrededor del lavabo, los controles de la televisión era una lata para que funcionaran, todos los cables del sistema de TV están por fuera, el aparato de A/C es vertical y hace mucho ruido, y lo peor es que su red wifi no funciona para nada, no tienen repetidores en las habitaciones y la señal se cae siempre, el desayuno te dan un "jugo", que es vil Tang de naranja, y nos salieron con que a la carta no se podía ordenar nada (aunque era con costo adicional) que porque el chef tenía 15 días de no venir!! algo que ya deberían tener resuelto. La verdad es que ni toda la amabilidad del personal compensa esto.
