Simple with very good flavor, People who did the breakfast was great!! Healthy breakfast

The shower door may need service to avoid water getting out of the shower and on the bathroom floor. When arrived no body working that night in the hotel knew we would be arriving late.

El desayuno muy rico, completo y bien servido. El baño cómodo. La presión del agua muy rica, el lugar esta muy agradable y muy bien ubicado para ir en familia. El personal es muy amable

La mesa de billar requiere mantenimiento, la alberca no esta climatizada.

La amabilidad del personal es de lo mejor, así como las instalaciones que se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones, son cómodas y accesibles.

La temperatura de la alberca; se agradecería mucho que estuviera climatizada para disfrutar más la estancia. Sin duda, el único punto a mejorar.

Es un lugar maravilloso lleno de magia! Desde la primera ves que lo visite fue algo especial para mí ...es como llegar al paraíso... Un espacio para descansar y desconectar del día a día...muy bien por el restaurante así no tienes que salir ...

El jardín muy bien pero los cuartos muy austeros, no entiendo como un hotel de supuestamente 4 estrellas no tiene secadora de pelo, ni TV, ni serví bar.

Que el restaurante lo cierran a las 8:00 el domingo y no te avisan. Y cuando les comentas en lugar de apoyar de alguna forma te dicen que lo hicieron cuando en realidad no fue así

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para olvidarte del ritmo de la ciudad. Está genial que no tengan televisión y como propuesta juegos de mesa y otros materiales para actividades al aire libre. Me encantó que sea pet friendly. El restaurant ofrece su desayuno bufet con alimentos muy básicos, los alimentos a la carta muy ricos.

El último día hubo evento social, lo que generó la llegada de mucha gente lo que rompió la tranquilidad del lugar.

Gran lugar para relajarse

Nos gustó el servicio del personal es muy amable. El área verde muy precioso. Los cuartos son de buen tamaño, linda iluminación natural, cómodos y con ventilador. La alberca no es muy onda y es de buen tamaño. El desayuno incluido es rico y en general tienen excelente limpieza. Además de ser pet friendly.

Algo que podría mejorar es el mantenimiento del juego del billar, ya que de 3 tacos, solo 1 tenía casquillo. No había tiza y la mesa de billar no estaba en las mejores condiciones. Y en lo personal, me gustaría que hubiera calentador para el agua de la alberca pero eso es gusto de cada quien, el agua no es muy fría tampoco.
