The staff is very friendly and the food is really nice. The room was big and rustic.

The room was VERY noisy. It is close to the road and it is not sound proof so you can hear every sound. We went there for a wedding so not being able to rest was terrible. There was also some weird broken pump going on at night, all night and we had to sleep with headphones on to be able to sleep. They really need to solve this.

An idyllic stay in Tezpotlan! Made the whole trip :)

The room was really cute and had a balcony wehre we could sit and look at the mountains — there's also a rooftop you can stand outside on with a beautiful view. The cafe the hotel is connected to is absolutely lovely and SO convenient for a snack and filling up water. Also: I LOVED the breakfast! The pastries were amazing and the entree was stellar. It exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again without question. Staff were amazing, place was wonderful, and the location was a short walk to the city center.

Beautiful place!

Beautifully decorated and charming little hotel attached to a lovely bakery and restaurant. The bed was super comfortable, we had a very warm blanket, and the shower was wonderful (huge and best water pressure we had in Mexico). Helpful staff with excellent English and the included breakfast was fantastic, too. We also had dinner in the restaurant one day that was quite nice! Would definitely come back.

Nothing. Be aware that the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the city center but that was really no issue for us. The location felt very safe and there is a small store right across the street.

Fuimos a una boda, llegamos a dormir. Las habitaciones son amplias , tienen clóset y espejo lo cual se agradece. El baño está muy grande, la regadera deliciosa. Tiene estacionamiento y puedes dejar el coche cerrado . El,personal es muy muy amable. El desayuno está muy rico y muy bien servido . No es lujoso, pero tiene todo lo necesario

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Sehr umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück mit Süßem, Obst, Eiern etc. Wir hatten ein kleines aber schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinem Balkon. Bad mit guter Dusche (viel und heißes Wasser)

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abseits vom Zentrum, d.h. 15 min Fussmarsch muss man schon in Kauf nehmen. Den Garten fanden wir (im Unterschied zu anderen Bewertungen) eher ein wenig kitschig.
