Definitely Not worth the price and remote from any bars or restaurants. their own food service is quite minimal.

the day before I was to arrive, tried to pressure me into making an electronic cash transfer of 500 pesos to some bank account. i was told I would lose my reservation if I didn’t do so. I flatly refused to do that because none of the 8 other properties that I had already visited through Booking.com had done this. furthermore, this is a common form of fraud in many countries including Mexico (already learned through experience). they backed off and I proceeded to arrive at the time I had told them I would arrive. After making full payment for my room with my bank card I had to wait for an hour and a half before I was given a room . by that time it was 2:30pm. I was tired from my journey and needed to rest on the bed. Fifteen minutes later I was rudely awakened by two men on top of the roof of my room, pounding on a pipe with sledgehammers. I had to go down and protest to management. one final thing: this property is far outside the town — so far that it’s on a dirt road that isn’t even fully connected to other nearby roads, so if you are thinking of walking to it, think again. definitely the poorest experience I’ve had in 4 months of travel through Mexico.

Simply lovely!

For starters, it's a beautiful property with a spectacular view of the mountains. I walked to the town centre in less than 20 minutes. The hills and cobblestones in Tepoztlán are not for the faint of heart, but a taxi is 40-50 pesos. The helpful, friendly staff, who seem to be a close-knit family, were always available and ready to drop everything to answer our questions or tend to our needs. The pool was just right for this Canadian after my hike up the mountain and back – my family preferred the jacuzzi! Breakfast was simply superb on all counts: choice, flavour, portions. Please note we stayed two nights, not the "one" shown, and we hope to return in the future

Our family has nothing to add here. I would not recommend it—nor little else in Tepoztlán—to anyone with a disability around mobility.

Huele a humedad, el jacuzzi está mal instalado, se sale el agua y se inunda la habitación, en persona la habitación se ve muy sencilla comparada con el alto precio que pagamos. Para llegar al hotel hay dos caminos y uno está terrible, y no se indica al momento de reservar.

Si tu interés es estar a pasos del centro no es la opción. Fuimos a un evento y nos funcionó perfecto. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, buen tamaño de habitaciones , tiene servicio para masajes y buena atención del personal.

Para llegar las calles están medio feas. Como detalle le falta que la intensidad de la luz en el área de baño sea mayor, para arreglarse no está cómodo. Tuvimos una fuga en el lavabo que le dieron solución poniendo un bote de basura 🤣… nos comentaron que estaban cambiando de personal y arreglando todos los detalles en el hotel. Pero el personal muy amable y atentos.

Hice mi reservación con 3 meses de anticipación y cuando llegué al lugar, me dijeron que me habían cancelado la reservación por no realizar un pago externo a la aplicación, en ningún momento tuvieron la decencia de marcarme para avisarme de la cancelación, o si aún queria la habitación, el personal que me atendió no tenía ni la más mínima idea de lo que sucedía y cuando fui a la camioneta para hablar con mi esposa e intenté regresar al lugar, me cerraron la puerta y no me dejaron volver a pasar, cuando pedí una solución me dieron largas y solo me decían “esque no realizó el pago” en fin, no pierdan su tiempo

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar y relajarse

La atención por parte de Jesús fue muy buena, siempre estuvo atento a si necesitábamos algo y nos dio opciones para cenar. El lugar es muy bonito, y el yacusi de la habitación delicioso. El yacusi de la alberca esta tibia.

La ubicación no fue lo que buscábamos ya que tardábamos aproximadamente 20 minutos en llegar al centro y por las noches todo estaba muy obscuro por lo que era complicado salir a alguna tienda o a cenar, además de que las tiendas no están muy cerca al hotel. Sin embargo, ahí mismo te piden comida a domicilio y te dan varias opciones. También, la primera noche no pudimos utilizar el yacusi debido a que no había gas, sin embargo, nos dieron la opción de bañarnos y utilizar el yacusi de otra habitación y por último el agua de la alberca es demasiado fría.

El masaje que ofrecen es delicioso

- El agua se acabó cuando me estaba bañando y de la regadera salen 10 gotas, además el baño no tiene buena ventilación y con el mínimo vapor se sofoca todo - Nos cobraron dos veces y aunque al final lo aclaramos fue un momento de estrés y molestia cuando el fin era buscar relajación - La ubicación es mala, es bastante complicado de encontrar y de llegar, esta lejos del centro y de todo - Las sábanas, almohada olían muy mal y estaban manchadas, además en general el cuarto huele a humedad - La relación precio calidad es mala, creo que hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio - Las instalaciones descuidadas o viejas
