The pool is cold and the rooms get very cold too and it's hard to find extra blankets.

Great location and beautiful but uncomfortable beds and no one at front to unlock gate in morning.

Great location and beautiful property! Room was beautiful and hotel was just steps from the main strip. Try cute town and aesthetically this hotel was fantastic. Nice pool and free parking was great.

Bed was uncomfortable and there was no way mot reach the front desk to unlock the front gate to leave at 8am. Need to have a bell or something by the front. Also should replace shower head since it didn't really work.

The breakfast was good.

The room was dirty and smelled like an old room that was closed for many years. I paid as soon we arrived and asked for my receipt and he said “tomorrow it will be ready” tomorrow came and it wasn’t ready. We left on the third day and when I returned the keys I asked again about my bill and he asked for my email and he said “ I will send it online” I am still waiting and it looks like he will take his time to do it or he will never do it. I am not going back there to stay. Very disappointed 😠

Great location, with parking. Nice pool area and gardens. We ate some lunch and the food was nice. Our room was a twin room with two double beds, it was spacious and clean.

Beautiful place in Tepoztlán

It's a beautiful place and our baby really enjoyed it. It was quiet, even though Tepoztlán is quite touristy (but we were there during the week, maybe that was why).

We didn't have the coffee that was supposed to be included for breakfast because apparently we were up too early. They are short in staff (which makes sense now with the pandemic) and the check in was a bit slower than what we would have liked.

No me respetaron el precio por esta app de booking q era de $1700 ni porque hice el pago del 50% q fueron $850 al llegar el dia de mi reservacion me dicen que ese no es el costo q era de $2200 en total xq con ellos no aplicaban ese descuento y sino me parecía pues podía no ocupar la habitación pero no me devolverian mi dinero q ya había abonado . Me asignan una habitación a lado de la recepción cuando tanto mi esposa y yo necesitábamos privacidad pero nos asignan esa habitación muy chica , la alberca estaba el agua muy sucia hasta verdosa , la chapa de la puerta no cierra a la primera hay q darle muchas vueltas para q cierre con doble llave , no había tv de cable ni de sky ni canales de antena , tuve q usar mi app de disney para poder ver tv con mi esposa ,NO ME DIERON RECIBO DE LO QUE PAGUE POR LA ESTANCIA ,

La habitación en donde nos quedamos no tenía ventana, la regadera estaba tapada.

El hotel es lindo y está súper bien ubicado, perfecto para pasear por el centro. El personal es súper amable.

El wi-fi no llega bien a las habitaciones entonces no es tan buena opción para ir a trabajar, no pude tomar videollamadas usando la red del hotel. Hubo una confusión con el late check-out, pero el personal lo resolvió súper rápido y al final todo bien.

Bonito lugar con cuartos amplios

El lugar estaba bonito y limpio, la alberca también. Las camas cómodas y el cuarto era amplio. El señor que nos recibió fue siempre muy amable y contestó nuestras preguntas sin problema alguno, al hacer el checkout también fue muy amable y atento.

Al hacer checkout pedimos permiso para dejar el coche un poco más y una señora de limpieza insistía en que teníamos que pagar el tiempo extra aunque ya nos había dicho el encargado que podíamos dejarlo sin problema.

La vista no compensa el mal servicio

El hotel tiene una infraestructura linda, con paisajes y vistas agradables. Buena ubicación.

Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia se vio opacada por la atención al cliente y el estado de la habitación. Al llegar, notamos que la habitación tenía polvo y humedad, lo cual me provocó un fuerte ataque de tos. Por esta razón, solicitamos un cambio de habitación. Lamentablemente, la respuesta del administrador fue poco empática y nada orientada a ofrecer soluciones. Incluso pretendía cobrarnos un cargo adicional por el cambio, a pesar de que el problema era por las condiciones de la habitación. Afortunadamente, el recepcionista mostró disposición y nos apoyó, comentando que apelaría el cobro extra. En general, notamos una falta de enfoque en la experiencia del cliente, lo cual fue muy decepcionante. Nota: si reservas por Booking, el precio mostrado no es el final. Se deben agregar impuestos y otra tarifa adicional no visible al momento de reservar, que suman aproximadamente $600 MXN extras.

Es un lugar bonito, me gustó la vista que hay desde la alberca.

Las fotos de la habitación que muestran en la página no tienen que ver con la habitación asignada. No es un lugar de descanso. Se escucha lo que ocurre en otras habitaciones, por la noche es imposible descansar debido al ruido de la calle y del timbre que suena constantemente cuando llegan otros huéspedes, hablan, suben maletas, se filtra el ruido todo el tiempo. Finalmente deberían brindar toda la información desde que uno se registra ya que al final nos querían cobrar horas extra de estacionamiento y de muy mala manera.
