The grounds are lovely

We were disappointed with this location time and again, starting at the moment we arrived when the hotel did not send us any arrival information, so when we arrived, the main gate was locked and we spent several minutes banging on the door before someone responded. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is no doorbell. Then there are the dogs. During the entire night, dogs all around the property we're barking. Obviously, that is no fault of the property, but since the rooms don't have air conditioning and were quite warm, the only option for cooling them down is to leave the windows open. It wasn't until about 2:00 a.m. that the room was a reasonable temperature. I called and messaged the owner to see if there's anything that they would do to help, but never got any response. The rock hard bed would be sufficient for some travelers, but not for me in my family.

Nada que ver el precio con la calidad, no mas de 1,500 pesos!

Las camas y almohadas están muy bien! La ubicación y el espacio en general tienen buen concepto y es tranquilo!

No me gustó para nada que es un espacio que le falta mantenimiento en todos los aspectos, tanto en habitaciones, como en jardines, áreas comunes, le falta más limpieza, me asomé a la cocina y estaba súper sucia, la alberca muy sucia, el señor que nos atendió muy amable pero no es la persona que te quieres encontrar haciendo limpieza o arreglando las recámaras… por suerte solo dormí ahí, pero nada que ver la relación precio-calidad. Nada que ver el precio con la calidad, no pagaría más de 1,500 pesos por ese lugar hasta que no lo mejoren!

Muy bonita casa

La actitud de servicio del encargado, el Sr. Pancho fue muy atento y resolvió nuestras solicitudes de apoyo.

En AriB&B le dieron la misma clave de acceso a la habitación a otra huésped e irrumpió sin previo aviso. Que los propietarios de la casa tengan más cuidad en este punto.

Bello y Confortable espacio en Tepoztlán.

El inmueble es muy hermoso, con grandes jardines y Alberca. El trato del Personal muy atento, Don Pancho y Doña Mary. La habitación es muy espaciosa con buenos servicios.

La habitación no está bien iluminada y le faltan algunas amenidades como botella de agua, cafetera, etc.

El lugar es lindo pero el precio no equivale a la estancia.

El lugar es bonito al igual que las habitaciones, es muy amplio y no hay mucha gente, es céntrico.

Estaba limpio en cuanto a suciedad pero en una de las habitaciones encontramos 3 arañas grandes, tienen que fumigar! A pesar de no haber mucha gente es muy ruidoso, se escucha hasta la televisión de la habitación de al lado, no pudimos descansar bien.

Un lugar precioso y muy cómodo!

Nos quedamos en la suite principal y es bellísima, muy amplia y muy cómoda. Villa Tatala es tipo hacienda y no es el mismo que el Hotel Tatala. Además es de los pocos alojamientos con cama King size y aire acondicionado. No utilizamos la alberca pero los jardines son realmente hermosos y la atención de Don Pancho fue excelente

A pesar de estar cerca del centro, si es un poco cansado caminar porque las calles son muy inclinadas. Pero si no tienes problemas de movilidad, esta muy bien ubicado. No tiene restaurante pero hay muchos cerca.

El lugar es muy bonito y limpio. El jardín es precioso. Las camas cómodas. Puedes ir caminando al centro.

Decía que por un precio extra podías pedir desayuno pero no había ninguna opción de alimento.

La amabilidad del personal, la comodidad de las camas y la amplitud de las habitaciones. Contrario a otros comentarios, me pareció bastante fácil de encontrar y no tuvimos ningún problema para hacer check-in. Desearía haberme quedado más noches.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA LA PEOR

No me gustó nada ya que no lo conocí, nos abrió un señor de edad avanzada, y nos dijo que simplemente no era el hotel ahí que me había equivocado de dirección y nunca me dio la dirección del otro hotel, el señor nos insultó a mí y a mi pareja y nos dijo que lo dejáramos de molestar y habláramos a booking para que nos devolvieran nuestro dinero.

El trato del personal es prepotente, cero formal y son unos groseros, solo abre la puerta un señor grande, hace una llamada y te dice que simplemente no te puede dar la habitación, te deja afuera en la calle y te pide que llames a booking para que te devuelvan tu dinero, ya era de noche y mi novio y yo tuvimos que buscar un hospedaje a esa hora, evítense la pena de ir, la calle es complicada y está retirado del centro.
