There is one staff member who speaks English, and he was very kind. The room was simple, but very clean.

The shared kitchen didn't have a kettle or a gas stove, so it was impossible to boil water or cook. The place is right by a main road, so its pretty noisy. The wifi doesn't work so well in the room.

Nice place to stay in Tepoztlan

Building is quite new and the rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and peaceful at night.

Location is a bit far from town but close to the bus station. Rooms get quite warm in the day - they need to install fans in the room!

Está en frente de el suspiro así que si tienen una boda por ahí, es recomendable

El agua caliente sale por 2 minutos y después ya es pura fría. El baño se moja con facilidad por la regadera. Si otras personas de otras bodas llegan muy tarde, te despiertan por el ruido que no aísla. No les funciona la máquina para cobrar en tarjeta así que solo aceptan efectivo o transferencia. No les funcionaba el internet.

El camino para entrar está escondido y no está pavimentado. La colcha de la cama sucia y el precio muy elevado para lo que es.

la ubicacion bien, porque iba a un evento muy cerca, peroo la entrada es como de terraceria, y un poco incomoda para cuando llegas en la madrugada. Deberian arreglar mas la vialidad de la entrada, no la carretera, sino especificamente el camino que lleva a la posada.

El camino a la posada, es terraceria muuuy irregular, que cuando llegas en la madrugada y no conoces el camino, podria ser peligroso. Creo que es el unico inconveniente

Funcional y práctico

Es un lugar muy práctico para disfrutar un fin de semana. Tiene lo necesario para hospedarte por el precio que ofrecen. La seguridad es garantizada y la atención también. Me sentí muy bien y logré descansar a gusto. Asistimos a una boda literalmente enfrente en El Suspiro y fue bastante cómodo lo cercano.

Sería increíble que dieran una o dos almohadas más ya que solo dan dos y que pusieran ganchitos para colgar toallas mojadas.

La ubicación, fui a una boda y el alojamiento estaba a 5 min. Es un lugar tranquilo y muy limpio. A la mejor lo único a mejorar sería que colocaran ventiladores o aire acondicionado. Pero es un buen lugar para hospedarse

La habitación con buen gusto, aunque falto de elementos, como mesa, silla interior.

Es dificil de llegar, tuvimos un accidente al tratar de ingresar el coche, ya que no vi señales claras y el google está mal en la forma de ingresar al lugar. También había solicitaeo lugar abajo y ya lo habían dado a otra persona, era importante porque mi esposo está en silla de ruedas.
