Excellent hotel to feel a bit protected from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet, pleasant.

Not much. They had two doggies, that’s about it.

You have to call for them to let you in. Difficult to find it. The rooms weren’t clean. No coffee machine. Slow service. Disgusting pool chairs. It just wasn’t a 5 star hotel by any means. We left a night early.

The facilities and location of the hotel are great! The staff are very eager to help, although service is very slow. Our room was very clean although it was very small. if you're looking for a place near the center of Cuernavaca, I recommend this hotel.

It was a great getaway. Staff were super nice, they took breakast for us at the pool

Breakfast was really good. The food was really good. Everyone at the hotel super nice and very accomodating. We really liked the experience. The room we got faced the Street and across there was a party and it was loud. Thankfully i - these t did not last al night, there were plenty of rooms far from the Street, but we got one right over it. The room was OK: 1. The bed fellike it had plastic over the mattress. It was comfortable and te plastic is a good idea, just make sure you cant feel it. 2. The bathroom- shower had a curtain which is stained and does not prevent water getting everywhere. If you had a glass stall the room in general would feel so much cleanner and modern. No hand soap, you had touse the shower gel for your hands, The bathhroom did not feel clean. The liquid dispensers looked dirty and used. 3. The curtains - these are horrible. The ACright over them is strange, it might have to be this way for functionality - i would use Wood shutters. I would really make the room nicer. 4- The ceiling - i would get rid of the "arab" carving arund it. go for a normal ceiling. Thos thing being fixed, I would really think it was worth the value. All else was great.
