Overpriced, terrible value for money.

Fantastic location, very close to the slopes and close to the bus that takes you to LAAX, Chur, etc.

We booked the property for just one night. The first thing that disappointed us was to learn that check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am - this is very limited for a property charging 900 per night. When we arrived at 3pm, we were told the room is not ready and when we asked if they can call to see whether it would be ready soon or if we had to wait the whole hour, the staff refused to do it saying this would be too much effort if every guest asked for this. In my experience, this is standard practice. We also asked of late checkout was possible, and were told it’s not. So we proceeded with check in and left to rent our skis while we waited for the room. We then came back to pick up our key and I mentioned to the staff that we were at the rental shop, and she proceeded to inform us that they provide a discount voucher for rentals…I told her she should have informed us of this at check in, and she simply shrugged and said I can bring the voucher back for a refund. Of course, given we were there only for one day, we didn’t have time to do this. The next day, we dropped our luggage off at reception and asked about possibility to use the spa after our ski day - we were told we are welcome to use it. Note: we were talking to a staff member who was visibly sick - sneezing, couching, barely able to speak. I find this unacceptable. So, after the ski day we returned, grabbed our clothes and headed to the spa to shower. Of course, no one informed us that we need to BUY TOWELS before hand, so I lost about 20 minutes between undressing, dressing, going back to reception, buying the towel and going back to the spa bathroom. In the meantime, the bathroom was utter chaos: children running around unsupervised, playing in the shower and occupying all the stalls making it impossible for others to use it. In the middle of this, some dads were entering the women’s locker room looking for their kids, completely invading other users privacy.

Best hotel ever!!!

One of the most beautiful places we stayed at. We had the view of the mountains. Family enjoyed the pool and game rooms. We visited the near by lake Cauma. The entire stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond! We will visit Switzerland again!

location was great, Apartment very nice and clean, pool open till 10pm, very nice game rooms for little kids and teens also.

check in first at 4pm, check out already at 10am. (the cleaning lady was knocking at the door exactly at 10am) never paid so much for a pet at the hotel. 77CHF is just unbelievable….

Nice and cozy apartment

Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Outside seating area was perfect. Even with Summer temperatures the apartment was pleasantly cool. Good location, very close to the lifts. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I did not like the fact that frying pans were not non-stick, but I managed eventually.

I paid and got apartment on the ground. when I said about it at the reception, the woman promised to solve this problem and come back to me. but unfortunately no one came. So I paid more for cheaper apartment. Very sad. It was our first trip to Switzerland…

Great stay for a family trip

Very well located, walking distance to the Supermarket and cable cars. Welcome smooth and keys received quickly. Accomodation itself has everything that you need and it has spacious balconies. Surroundings are very family friendly and the playground for kids is fantastic.
