It was the worst experience in my whole life! No customer should experience what aı have experienced

I have been in hell. My experience was so bad that I gave all the photos, correspondances and wgat I have been through to my lawyers. I was tgere for very important meetings in Davos World Economic Forum abd I had hell!!My lawyers are preparing a legal document to make neccessary complaints etc as I want no other customer who cone gır WEF experience what I have experienced during my stay ! As aı bought this hotel through your service company, my lawyers will contact you as well!I want to make sure that you dont sell this hotel to people who come for bussiness to Davos for 700 gbp per night to be humiliated, to be in danger of their health, not being able to take a shower aso on and so forth!

I was there for the Davos World Economic Forum and I have been through hell in this hotel! I was promissed to be provided a shuttle service to my meetings in Davos (Davos Platz and Davos Golf Club for the World Global Fund) . I was veey clear that I would cancel my reseevatiın if they did not provide a shuttle . I had a bad back problem which dangers my health. The owner himself assured me that he arranged the shuttle service in return of a fee which I confirmed to pay! Furthermore , he coerced me to come to hşs place stating I was in goıd hands! These are all in writing !I trusted him and came . When I arrived and l just in time for my meeting he said no shuttle service to the city! Take it or leave it . He knew I had no alternative so he wa s so rude, so mean and discriminating. So, I had to take a car , train, and 30 min walk in the snow as the golf club was far. I fell and injured my knee. Then , my room sold for 700 gbp per night was not in their main hotel but in thier staff accomodation building . I stayed there with all their workers.one ıf hşs worker told ne that this building will be demolished and rebuilt so that is why in such a bad condition . In their shared bath room and shared shower room with no key. They only wrote on its doır temporarily " this one is fıor guest use ! Not for the stuff! . I was scared with no lock so I could not take a shower for 2 days. My room was dirty ! I provided all the photos of my room, shower and, bath room to my lawyers. I also provided the correspondances with the owner of the hotel , Tom who coerced me into coming to his hotel promissing a shutlle service and than bullied me and discriminated me! I also have witnesses! I had to leave a day early due to my fall , I dont want my money back ! I jus dont want other clients to experience ehat I experienced during my stay in this awful place during the world economic forum. My kawyers will nake neccessary complaints to relevant authorities in Davos and UK !

enchanted location surrounded by Nature, warm family welcome at a top pro hospitality lievel

enchanted location, amazing staff, friendly and professional at the same time, o got the best renovated room and felt like on holidays although I was there to attend the forum in Davos. in the middle of the slopes

both taxi and lifts down to klosters/ davos quite expensive but I guess prices were blown up by the Forum. next time I ll brink my alpine skiis

Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht ganz. Aber ich glaube das wird besser mit der Zeit.

Frühstück und Lage. Das Personal war sehr nett, alles war ein bisschen improvisiert und etwas chaotisch, aber locker und spassig. Ich mag das, nicht gut für jedermann würde ich sagen.

Wir waren im Schiferhaus, nicht in der Erasazhütte. Für das Zimmer mit Etagendusche war es zu teuer meiner Ansicht nach.
